The proposal has passed with a strong majority. Karpatkey will no longer manage the @gnosisdotio treasury. The reasons were clear, and it never felt like Karpatkey took them seriously, nor that they could adapt. Looking forward to more business sense driven decisions ahead. Image

1/ In January 2023, Wonderland (now Volta) had $96M of stablecoins (out of $128M) in its treasury. As of today, this number is $12M. It was swapped to SIFU and UwU tokens which now represent $125M out of the $147M treasury. Got to take my hat off to Sifu.
2/ Through this smart ruggish financial engineering performance, Sifu received $6.7M in performance fees for the first 3 quarters of 2023. This doesn't even account for the funds diverted through the purchase of Sifu and UwU tokens. Link to the treasury: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…
3/ Why is this possible? Because Sifu secured the majority governance control of Wonderland a while back. He has his personal MEMO he held to, and the massive stack of MEMO that were acquired with Sifu Vision (SIFU) that he has controls.
