This was posted by Konstantin Rykov on the same day as the picture above was taken by Tass, a Russian state news agency. This meeting in the Oval Office was the day after Trump fired Comey for investigating his ties to Russia. US news was not allowed into the meeting.

I found this on Rykov’s Facebook page from 2020. The one picture below was widely distributed by the news when the horror of CECOT was in the news this year, five years later. It’s still there. I just recorded this showing the photo in question. The Kanye one is another tale.
