Judge Kemp is astonishing here. He allows for Lindsey Nicholl saying Peggie should be struck off and still finds her credible - because Lindsey thinks Peggie is a racist and also said "weirdo" so it doesn't matter.
The lesson here is that if you have views contrary to those who want you dismissed from your job - a judge will support you when you give evidence against them.

Further - a sign that says female does not mean female. It can mean men who lie about being female. The employer decides who they mean by "female" and they can adapt it as they wish which they did. So the claimant understanding what female means - is irrelevant if the employer gives permission to a man. Biological reality does not override that permission.
