🚨Soul Engineering and The Color Revolution🚨

How is the organization PolicyLink and its founder in residence, Angela Glover Blackwell, involved in The Color Revolution currently in progress in the United States and what @datarepublican calls, “soul engineering”?

📑PolicyLink released a document in 2024 called “A Revolution of the Soul.”

It isn’t just calling for an outward dismantling of America’s current systems of governance and a refounding of the nation with a different system that works “for all” [socialism].

🫵It claims: “our next revolution must be OF THE SOUL: developing both the collective AND INDIVIDUAL SOUL to love all” so we can “make an evolutionary leap to build social, cultural, and governing systems that work in service of human flourishing.”

‼️What do they mean by this? How does one “engineer the soul” so that individualistic dyed-in-the-wool Americans and their country could be transformed to a nation and a citizenry that is willing to submit to a new governmental system that would require them to sacrifice and redistribute their wealth and resources for the “good of all”?
🧵 (2/6)

🧠 THEY HAVE TO CHANGE PEOPLE’S BELIEFS.

👀Notice in this video from the Inter-Movement Impact Project that is coalescing the various factions in the color revolution that they mention, “Beliefs,” as one of the unnamed “B’s” beyond the 4 B’s of the framework:

Belonging
Building
Bridging
Blocking

Unnamed:
Breaking
Beliefs

‼️They are currently employing the 4B Framework as a strategy in their color revolution against America‼️

🇺🇸 They are planning to use the celebration of America’s 250th birthday in a variety of ways to coerce citizens (especially youth) to accept a different spiritual and societal worldview; one that thinks we are INTERdependent as a nation and a people—not independent, as our forefathers declared.

📜It’s why their partner PolicyLink’s Angela Glover Blackwell helped write the Declaration of INTERdependence for her friend Linda Sarsour’s version of America250 called #Next250. PolicyLink’s current leader Michael McAfee is on the National Advisory Board for More Perfect who is “helping” states decide what partners and initiatives they should use to celebrate, many of which share the same goal of “soul engineering.”

See @iamlisalogan’s article on how these two initiatives (while they seem opposed) are actually two sides of the same coin: Part 2: The American Color Revolution Never Lets a Crisis (or a Celebration) Go to Waste. 👇🏼

📺Watch this video. It’s long, but it’s vital to understand their plans. About the 4:00 mark is where they discuss the 4B’s and unnamed “Beliefs.” 👇🏼

🤜 🤛The Battle🤜🤛

🔮Angela Glover Blackwell of PolicyLink and John Powell remind the audience that the battle for the future is really about controlling how people in the U.S. believe the world is organized. “Soul engineering” seeks to change that view to a Daoist (Eastern religious-à la Buddhist/collectivist/non-dualistic) perspective, vs a Cartesian (Western religious à la Christianity/individualist/dualistic) worldview.

🪬🧘🏽‍♀️This Daoist view makes citizens more sympathetic to socialist policies while the Cartesian perspective drives citizens to prioritize protecting their individual rights and property more than giving those up to meet the needs “of all” via the redistribution of their wealth and resources.

How are they “soul engineering”?
👇🏼
🧵 4/6

🗣️Dialogue—specifically dialogue that uses deceptive Delphi techniques—is being used to manipulate people into altering their views. PolicyLink says in their SSIR Series: “A Revolution of the Soul | PolicyLink” that “soul work requires an ongoing practice of inward and outward reflection” and that “we must prime our souls for the transformative work of deep socialization,” “encountering one another deeply.”

🌉This is what the “bridging” part of the faux “saving our democracy”/color revolution movement is all about. Groups in their ecosystem like Braver Angels bring “reds and blues” together to have dialogues under the pretext of “disagreeing better” that inevitably requires a consensus that moves people’s opinions and public policy further and further to the left. Civics education for students will be used in a similar fashion.

❓What’s the end goal of all this “soul engineering”?👇Image
Image
Image
Image
🧵 5/6

‼️PolicyLink’s “Invitation” on the last page of their document is for the transformed souls to “assume their role as founders…to remake the nation.”

⁉️ Could they be planning to attempt a Constitutional Convention?

🔮All signs point to YES!

❓What specific parts of our Constitution do they want to change?

🤰🏻America’s 13th 14th and 15th amendments re: birthright citizenship.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒PolicyLink’s website argues that those amendments didn’t just historically apply to slaves and their children, but in the present day to illegal immigrants and their children becoming citizens with the expectation of “equal outcomes” FOR ALL.

🤔Wouldn’t you know it that the date that the Supreme Court will likely decide the ruling on “birthright citizenship” will be on/around July 4th.Image

🧵 6/6

🚨Why grant all immigrants birthright citizenship? 🚨

Granting all immigrants birthright citizenship would contribute to two of the color revolution’s major goals:

🏥1.) The Cloward-Piven strategy of overwhelming America’s social services so they can change how the country is governed and

💰2.) Implement what they deceptively call a “well being” economy.

PolicyLink and John Powell were also involved in the creation of the Thriving Together Springboard that became Biden’s Federal Plan for Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience. It changed the way federal funding was invested in order to prioritize “marginalized” groups and their social determinants of health.

See @iamlisalogan’s thread below for more information on that. 👇🏼

🗣️ Why should you scream like Pee Wee when you hear the Watch Word of the Day 🚨"ABUNDANCE"?

⚠️It's because that word has been hijacked to mean something completely different than what you think, specifically when it comes to how resources like water, raw minerals, land, etc. should be quantified and distributed.

This Abundance Agenda-adopted by both RINOs on the right and Democrats on the left —will result in a REALLOCATION of resources to advance growth in energy, technology, housing, and more while local citizens are told to conserve resources that THEY personally use.

⁉️Want an example?

👨🏻‍🦲Governor Cox (who recently keynoted the Abundance Agenda conference) in one breath tells Utah Citizens they need to have Smart Meters installed on their residences to tell them when they're using *too much* water, while in the same breath he says water is "abundant" when it's being used to cool all the servers in the Al Data Centers being installed in the state to surveil everything and everybody.

It's the CITIZENS who are restricted, NOT the industries that want to grow.

🤔If you're confused why the leftists, who have traditionally been adamant for decades about the SCARCITY of resources and the need to use less of them, are on board with this Abundance Agenda, then read on...Image
🧵 (2/4)

📈Since 1972, when the Club of Rome's Limits to Growth report came out, the left have pushed that population reduction and curbing resource consumption was the only way to save the Earth and everything in it from total collapse.

🙃They've “done a 180” because this stance — much of it driven by unsubstantiated environmental claims that never came true— has been wildly unpopular politically (why many former Dems flipped to vote for Donald Trump) and has hurt their cities.

💸New projects that could have spurred economic growth and mobility in Democrat-controlled localities have been hampered by all sorts of regulations, while their citizens and companies continue to suffer the consequences of those choices.

⛽️ The fossil fuel energy industries on the right's pocket book suffer from these regulations too.

🤔So what if both sides agreed to an Agenda for growth that lifts those regulations so that the tech oligarchs on the left (who need resources for things like their Al data centers) and the oil and gas magnates on the right get what they want?

That's exactly what happened.
@iamlisalogan
🧵 (3/4)

🤝 The Left-Right Secret Handshake

As detailed in this thread by @datarepublican, there was a 2017 meeting where these very oligarchs (Soros) and magnates (Koch) got together and shook hands to agree on the color revolution in America that would have 3 goals:

♦️Stop Trump and the populist
movement.
♦️Install a new economy where both growth and equitable (not equal) redistribution could happen simultaneously.
♦️Completely change the electoral and democratic systems and processes of America to ensure that there are people in positions of power that allow these first two goals to happen.

Here is what "ABUNDANCE"
[aaaah!! ~Pee-wee Herman] translates to:

🏗️Real estate development would be allowed to flourish—not for single family homes 🏠...but high-density housing. 🏙️

⛏️Mining for raw minerals would bring industry back to cities, but those minerals would not enrich the people in that region but the GLOBAL economy.

🤝 Public-private partnerships would ensure that where there was scarcity, resources would be allocated to ensure "abundance" ACCORDING TO EQUITY. That means resources flow to groups (both locally and globally) who —according to the powers that be-are the most historically marginalized/ oppressed while those who are the "richest" bear the burden of reducing their consumption of resources.

Those on the right (like the Club for Growth) are willing to relax on their idea of equality to settle for equity and the left (like Silicon Valley) is willing to relax on their environmental stance as long as both sides continue to make money and are allowed to grow without impedence. 🤑

🧵1. VIDEO EVIDENCE that the FAKE “non-partisan” so-called BRIDGING movement is really a TROJAN HORSE for the PROGRESSIVE LEFT

In these never-before-seen clips of a Nov 2023 convening of the Inter-Movement Impact Project (IMIP), you’ll witness the internal struggle as some in the group realize their own hypocrisy.

If their mission is to bring reds (Rs) and blues (Ds) together for a “people-powered democracy,” how can they actively support (paid protest/BLOCKING) groups in their “movement of many movements” whose LITERAL GOAL is to STOP TRUMP—a candidate that’s the choice of a populist majority of the people—from being elected?

This debate about framing has been going on for years within the BRIDGING movement. Walt Roberts, its main facilitator, cites the expertise of former Hillary Clinton Foreign Affairs Policy Board appointee and National Endowment for Democracy board member Rachel Kleinfeld as the reason why he and others believe TRUMP is an authoritarian threat that needs to be neutralized.

As such, their mind is made up that they’ll continue to support these BLOCKING (color revolution) groups who are-in their eyes-PROTECTING DEMOCRACY [from TRUMP].

Thanks to @iamlisalogan and @DataRepublican for all of the help to expose this.
🧵2. As @datarepublican, @iamlisalogan and I have been warning you, this entire “Democracy” movement is being run by a bunch of socialists/communists groups PRETENDING to be “transpartisan” to advance an agenda to transform America’s election and economic systems.

These are the same people inviting former USAID employees and color revolution trainers like Maria Stephan to speak at their conferences, so that they can share their tools, tactics, and expertise in executing color revolutions gained abroad with those who are organizing the one that’s happening here on US soil.

The NCDD conference organizer in this clip got feedback afterwards that if she wanted to “get broader [conservative] participation” that they would have to be very careful with the framing and not directly attack TRUMP as being an authoritarian (even if they think that he is, and that people who support him are intentionally “misguided” and “completely lost”).
🧵3. In case it isn’t clear from the first two clips, this last clip should erase all doubt that this entire BRIDGING movement is really just a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

These people hate Trump, harbor disdain for conservative principles and our Constitution, and want to change America to their version of democratic socialism.

They are luring unsuspecting people who are frustrated with all the division in our country into manipulative discussions about how politics should change using the carrot of “participatory democracy.” Really, their end goal is Communism with “democratic tendencies” that uses DEI/historical oppression to determine how much of a say about the country each person gets. They call this “win-win”/Omni-win democracy.

🧵1.🚨MORE EVIDENCE

There is a VERY REAL color revolution happening right now on US soil guided by former federal employees including USAID and USIP and their national & international partners and mobilized by convenings like the 22nd Century Initiative conferences and the American Democracy Summit.

Myself, @iamlisalogan, and @datarepublican have been working together to show you how these groups are conspiring, who they are conspiring with and what they’re doing—both in the short & long-term—to try and overthrow the government, and change our economy & our Constitution.

INTERNATIONAL TOOLS IN A DOMESTIC APPLICATION

🚫In this video, hear Marcia Mundt, previously with USAID and the US Institute of Peace (USIP) explicitly state that what she is doing now wasn’t allowed when she was employed by the government.

‼️She talks about how she’s using the Democracy Assessment Tool developed at USAID but is now applying it to the US. She goes on to say, “we were never allowed to analyze the United States in this way before, because there is like this big dividing line between foreign assistance work and domestic work.”

🛑 That “dividing line” is the differemce between “international government aid” to promote “democracy” in foreign countries vs. TREASONOUS SEDITION in the US (using tactics for instigating regime change in other countries to attempt to unseat a duly elected president in America).

🗣️Marcia says:

“…this [Democracy Assessment Tool] was kind of helping us decide where we should be investing our resources around the world to bolster democracies or, you know, to stop backsliding…

…And so I never really got to use it for a US context. But now that I no longer have a job, I CAN USE IT FOR WHATEVER I WANT…

…And so I'm drawing on all of this expertise and feedback from folks around the world who have dealt with authoritarianism.” 🚨⚠️

📊Now Marcia’s Democracy Assessment Tool is being used to measure the efficacy and impact of their strategically planned and coordinated events like the No Kings Day protests. 🪧

❓What other ways are Marcia and her fellow conspirators in and outside the government using the experience and tactics gained abroad to focus their expertise on organizing a color revolution in the U.S.?…
🧵 2. The 22nd Century Initiative (22CI for Democracy Aid

As Danielle Reiff (former USAID) mentions in this clip, this 👆is the organization pulling together members of the INTERNATIONAL Democracy Assistance community for “democracy” efforts here at home in the US.

Its 22CI conference was sort of a “coming out” for these USAID members that were organizing secretly in Signal chats to operate on American soil, besides their virtual March 2025 presentation given months earlier that was reported on by @datarepublican in her quoted thread above.

The conference’s “Building a Bigger ‘WE’”theme is really about providing a forum for the coalescing of this DemAID community along with its integration with the larger “blocking” (paid protestor) community and its funders and coordinators. This event provided cover for them to be able to share their tools and expertise in statecraft practiced abroad with community organizing groups like People’s Action so that they could be utilized here in the US.

Danielle says: “We do have a systemic approach to democracy development as international democracy development professionals. And we work across all sub-sectors and all stakeholders. We have assessment tools and strategy development tools for civil society, for the rule of law, for the broader democracy ecosystem, for political parties, for…You name it—if it’s in the realm of democracy defense and development we’ve done it overseas. And so we’re looking to figure out how to leverage our tools and our knowledge and our expertise for the American democracy.”

In other words, they’re training the ground game of the color revolution…
🧵 3. 👣 TRAINING THE REVOLUTION

As mentioned in this clip, these former USAID workers already have worked in and have ties to all 4 “B”s of this so-called “democracy” movement, and all 4 parts (Blocking, Building, and even Bridging, and Belonging that CLAIM to be non-partisan) are really just a ruse for furthering a radical progressive agenda for America in the name of “saving democracy.”

🤫They’ve already been secretly meeting with others in the “4-B” movement here in the US to strategize and collaborate.

22CI and other conferences like the American Democracy Summit bring together groups like People’s Action and the Horizons Project which is led by former USIP director and international trainer Maria Stephan. These conferences and the strategy development workshops hosted by DemAID and others mentioned in the clip have been providing resources and training in color revolution tactics used at USAID to various networks of community organizers from different groups within the “Blocking” movement to prepare and mobilize them like they would in other countries against what they feel is an authoritarian regime under Trump.

🤔 Does this kind of organized conspiracy classify as treasonous sedition?…

🧵 Let’s take a look at some of the people and organizations involved in the Cities Church “protest/demonstration” which was really just an unlawful and disgusting display of leftist lunacy.

Satara Strong-Allen

She’s married to Chauntyll Allen, a St. Paul School Board member and director of criminal justice policy and activism for the Wayfinder Foundation.

Oddly, Nekima Levy Armstrong also worked for Wayfinder Foundation.Image
Image
🧵 2. Satara Strong-Allen founded Love First with Chauntyll Allen.

Love First’s website says:
“Created in 2020, Love First Community Engagement is rooted in decades of community organizing, building up local leaders, and activism guided by the leadership and ingenuity of Saint Paulite, Chauntyll Allen.

Love First envisions abundant pathways and strong villages for liberated youth to grow, thrive and achieve lifelong success. We are building a school to success pipeline by dismantling barriers for youth, connecting them to community resources and creating safe, culturally centered spaces and events to cultivate joy and purpose.”Image
Image
🧵 3. Wayfinder Foundation is a small nonprofit according to their LinkedIn, it was founded in 2017 and has 2-10 employees and both Nekima Levy Armstrong and Chauntyll Allen have, at the very least, been employed there.

“Our strategy is radically simple: invest in women. change the world. Global anti-poverty advocates have learned that investing women and girls is what changes nations. In the United States we do the opposite. For decades our leaders have created policies that punish mothers in under-resourced communities, limit their opportunities, put education out of reach, and, in the end, feminize poverty. Until women, parents, and guardians lead the charge to challenge the systems that serve them - education, human services, and elections - we can't expect to win our ceaseless battle against poverty.”Image

Ermiya Fanaeian, leader of AQSLC, whom was under investigation by the FBI for potential association with the assassination of Charlie Kirk and/or involvement with Tyler Robinson and his associates was exposed by @datarepublican and myself for being a Utah Global Diplomcay (UGD) 7 for 17 awardee. This award is given for work advancing the totalitarian targets of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Ermiya was awarded for her work advancing U.N. SDG #5 Gender Equality.

Emriya’s recognition by UGD wasn’t a fluke. It exposes a pipeline funded in part by the U.S. State Department through Global Ties U.S. guided by the United Nations that elevates radical activists into positions of leadership and influence.

This thread will introduce you to just a few of these radical activists recognized by UGD advancing a Marxist/communist agenda in U.S. politics, culture, and policy to further the active color revolution that @datarepublican, myself, @iamlisalogan and others have been working together to expose.
🧵 2. Jakey Siolo

Jakey Siolo is a great example. He was a 7 for 17 award winner in 2023 for U.N. SDG #1 No Poverty, and worked closely with Ermiya as a program director at the YWCA (photo below). He has been to the White House, spoken on the floor of the Utah legislature with Ermiya Famaeian, ran for Utah Congress in 2024, and is also a radical activist/protestor who was arrested for violence despite being an advocate for victims of sexual violence.
Image
Image
🧵 3. Daniel Romero-Guerrero

Daniel was a 7 for 17 award winner alongside Jakey Siolo in 2023, given the award for advancing U.N. SDG #5 Gender Equality. Daniel is a self described trans masculine queer immigrant individual who became a DACA recipient in 2016. Like Ermiya and Jakey, Romero-Guerrero was elevated into leadership positions through radical activism, participating in the SLC Mayors office of Diversity and Inclusion and landing on the board of directors at the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. Daniel volunteers at Communities United, which advocates for illegal immigrants to be able to obtain citizenship. In addition to the 7 for 17 award, Romero-Guerrero was also given a Young Scholar’s award by Utah Global Diplomacy and was sent (along with other young activists coming through similar pipelines across the world) to be an ambassador at the One Young World Summit (based out of London 🧐).Image

🚨Ermiya Fanaeian - Activist in DC🚨

Looks like Ermiya Fanaeian, founder of Armed Queers SLC, is likely a DC resident and a full time activist/organizer for radical groups like National Alliance Against Racist and Political Oppression (NAARPR).

This is from last week protesting the Trump administration, their “attacks” on Venezuela, ICE and National Guard in DC.
@DataRepublican @iamlisalogan @Patriotdadev77 @bravoCo104498 @PSPod25
NAARPR is a communist/Antifa organization affiliated with the Communist Party USA, Freedom Road Socialist Organization, Students for a Democratic Society, Jericho Movement and many others.

NAARPR was founded in 1973 to free Angela Davis, who was an active member of the Communist Party and the Black Panthers. She was on the FBI’s most wanted list before she was returned to California and tried for Kidnapping, murder and conspiracy.

It was refounded in 2019 and is associated with the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), a Marxist-Leninist group, with figures like Frank Chapman bridging the old and new iterations.

NAARPR co-convened the 2024 People’s Conference for Palestine in Detroit, alongside groups including the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which is designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., EU, and others for its history of armed actions and ties to Syrian communism.Image
These are the 12 goals of the NAARPR according to their website:

Establish Civilian Control of the Police
Free All Political Prisoners & the Innocent
Stop Police Torture of Suspects
Abolish the Death Penalty
Abolish Life in Prison Without Possibility of Parole
Fight Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, anti-Semitism, Immigrant Bashing, Religious Discrimination, & all other forms of Bigotry
Defend the Rights of Labor
Defend Civil Liberties
Expose the Prison Industrial Complex & War on Drugs as the root of the New Jim Crow and the Cradle to Prison Pipeline
Secure Health Care for the Incarcerated
Support Affirmative Action
End White Supremacy & Systemic RacismImage
