Epstein's email: "We should be ready with an offshore arm — especially for vaccines."

Proposed members:
Warren Buffett. George Kaiser. Melinda Gates (chair of grant distribution). Susan Rice (then U.S. Ambassador to the UN). Seth Berkley (CEO of Gavi). Jeffrey Sachs. Queen Rania of Jordan. Mary Erdoes.

Now consider what was happening in Pakistan in 2011 — the same year this deck was drafted:
The CIA was running a FAKE hepatitis B vaccination campaign to collect DNA intelligence on bin Laden's compound.
The operation was exposed. Vaccination workers were murdered. Community trust in foreign health programs was permanently destroyed.
And Project Molecule proposed building foreign-funded biological surveillance in the same country where foreign-funded biological programs had just been weaponized by an intelligence agency.
The architects either knew — or their obliviousness is itself a form of institutional arrogance. 🎯

The same institutions design the response, fund the response, measure the response, govern the response, and benefit from its permanence.
The question is not whether they would act in their own interest.
The question is: what mechanism was built into this architecture to ensure they don't?
The answer: none. The architecture was specifically designed to operate without one.
