🚨 BREAKING
Obama. Gates. Epstein. Ebola.

In one week in September 2014, global health became global control — and the COVID-19 playbook was written six years early.

Every claim below is sourced to newly released DOJ documents.

And it may be the most important thread I’ve ever written. 🧵👇

1/ In one week:

▪️ Gates disclosed his upcoming Ebola meeting with Obama—to Jeffrey Epstein
▪️ Epstein vetted Obama fundraiser hosts for Ehud Barak
▪️ The UN reframed Ebola as a military-grade global threat under Chapter VII
▪️ Surveillance, capital flows, and governance models aligned

This wasn’t coincidence. It was activation.

2/ Sept 25, 2014:

Gates sends Epstein a detailed itinerary:

▪️“Mostly seeing Executive Branch people, including the President, on the budget and Ebola.”
▪️Followed by Robin Hood events, then dinner with Dalio & Tudor Jones.

This wasn’t casual. It was reporting up.

3/ That same day, Epstein advised:

“Perfect time for you to pitch DAF.”

DAF = Donor-Advised Fund.
It lets elites move capital anonymously, influence policy, and avoid oversight.

Epstein was advising Gates on financial timing and venue. Not philanthropy—power strategy.

4/ Three days later:

Epstein receives a forwarded invite for a private, off-record Obama fundraiser.

Attending: Barack Obama.
Asking: Ehud Barak’s team.
Tasked: Epstein, to vet the intermediaries.

5/ This all happens as Ebola is redefined by the UN as a security threat under Chapter VII—the same authority used for war, sanctions, and military intervention.

▪️Within 24 hours:
▪️UN Mission for Ebola Emergency Response (UNMEER) is created
▪️U.S. troops are deployed
▪️Global funding structures are activated

6/ Meanwhile, Epstein receives a Gates-funded concept paper from UN diplomat Terje Rød-Larsen:

“The world needs a Nexus Centre for Peace and Health… especially in light of Ebola.”

🚨The message was clear: use the crisis to launch permanent institutions.

7/ But this wasn’t reactive.

Scientists at Weill Cornell pitch Epstein a pre-symptomatic Ebola detection system.

He forwards it to Gates. Then discusses splitting equity.💰

This is dual-use tech: early detection + mass surveillance.

9/ Let that sink in:

Epstein is brokering diagnostic surveillance tech and presidential fundraisers, while advising Gates on capital flows—during the week global health becomes global security.

10/ October 18, 2014:

Epstein emails Obama’s White House Counsel, Kathy Ruemmler:

“If Ebola gets bad = bye bye Senate for sure.”

Disease severity was being gamed as political leverage—at the highest level.

11/ Ebola faded from headlines in 2015.

But the governance it justified never ended.
▪️Surveillance stayed
▪️UN entities persisted
▪️The Gates-Epstein pipeline deepened
▪️DAFs expanded globally
▪️Bio-preparedness became a permanent funding category

12/ When COVID hit in 2020, the playbook didn’t need to be written.

It already existed:
▪️Emergency declarations
▪️Executive orders
▪️Donor-advised pandemic funding
▪️Private governance networks
▪️Narrative control

Ebola was the rehearsal. COVID was the rollout.

13/ The documents don’t prove Ebola was engineered.
They do prove this:

A system was activated—quietly, permanently, and without public consent.

It governs through crisis, overrides sovereign authority, and merges private philanthropy with state surveillance and transnational control. One of its chief facilitators? A trafficker with presidential access.
