1/🚨On March 20, 2015, Jeffrey Epstein received a draft agenda for a meeting titled "Preparing for Pandemics."

The meeting would feature the Director General of the WHO and the President of the Red Cross.

Two weeks later, Bill Gates gave his famous TED talk: "The Next Outbreak? We're Not Ready."

2/15 The email came from IPI — the International Peace Institute, a UN-adjacent think tank run by Terje Rød-Larsen, Epstein's self-described "best friend."

IPI staffer Walter Kemp wrote to Rød-Larsen:

"Let's discuss next steps, for example how to officially involve the WHO and ICRC (i.e. co-branding)."

"I hope we can pull this off!"

3/15 Rød-Larsen forwarded it to Epstein at 2:33 AM.
Ten hours later, Epstein forwarded it to a REDACTED RECIPIENT.

He wasn't just receiving these documents. He was routing them onward — to someone we can't see.

4/15 The meeting happened. September 12, 2015, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva — the UN's European headquarters.

Opening speakers: the President of IPI, the Director General of WHO, and the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

IPI's own website says the meeting "builds on IPI's work on peace and health, particularly its cooperation with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation."

5/15 Now here's where it connects.

I've spent weeks inside 16 documents from the Epstein files tracing a single intelligence channel.

What I found: Rød-Larsen systematically forwarded the Gates Foundation's confidential polio intelligence to Epstein's personal Gmail — for at least five years.

6/15 The polio documents weren't public health data. They were political and security intelligence:

7/15 One report — on the first suicide bombing connected to polio, four dead — carried this subject line:

"Urgent, Confi, plz pass on to Bill Gates"

Rød-Larsen forwarded it to Jeffrey Epstein.
Material marked for Gates. Delivered to a convicted sex offender.

8/15 And Epstein wasn't passive.

When Rød-Larsen forwarded IPI's grant correspondence with the Gates Foundation, Epstein responded:

"do not send anything else, anything! without letting me see it before it goes not after."

He was demanding editorial control over the IPI–Gates Foundation relationship.

9/15 Follow the money:

💰 Gates Foundation → IPI: $2.5M grant (Oct 2013) 💰 Epstein → Rød-Larsen: $130K personal loan (2013)
💰 Epstein → Rød-Larsen: $250K payment (2015) 💰 Epstein's will → Rød-Larsen's children: $10M

Norwegian police are now investigating Rød-Larsen for "aggravated corruption."

10/15 So: the same man who ran the polio intelligence channel to Epstein was ALSO forwarding pandemic preparedness planning to Epstein.

Same channel. Same pattern. Same relay.

But the subject was no longer vaccination in Pakistan.

It was the architecture of global pandemic response. 🌐

11/15 The pandemic preparedness email is dated March 19-20, 2015.

The day AFTER — March 21 — Rød-Larsen forwarded ANOTHER document to Epstein: a confidential polio attack briefing that opened with "BMGF [Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation] has requested info, herewith." 📄[EFTA00670728] justice.gov/epstein/files/…

In 72 hours, Epstein received BOTH the pandemic architecture plans AND Gates Foundation-requested intelligence.

12/15 Six months earlier, in September 2014, Rød-Larsen had forwarded Epstein a concept paper for a "Nexus Centre for peace and health" — updated for Ebola.

That was the blueprint.

The March 2015 Geneva meeting was the execution.

The September 2015 WHO event was the launch.

13/15 And the architecture didn't stop.

IPI's pandemic preparedness work continued through COVID-19 and beyond. IPI supported negotiations on the WHO Pandemic Agreement, adopted in May 2025.

The institutional framework that was being planned in 2015 — with planning documents routed through a convicted sex offender — helped shape the pandemic governance we live under today.

14/15 As late as January 2018, Epstein was still brokering access between Rød-Larsen and Gates's inner circle at Davos:

"Terje Larsen asked if bill could dare a few minutes Tomorrow in Davos. Recall opinion worked on polio for him"

Five years. Still active. Still using polio as the credential.

15/15 The question everyone asks: "Did Bill Gates know about Epstein?"

🚨The question these documents force:

How did a convicted sex offender become the undisclosed gatekeeper for confidential health intelligence, pandemic planning, and institutional architecture involving the WHO, the Red Cross, and the world's largest private foundation?

And who, if anyone, is asking?
