This is not Vladivostok [1]; this photo below from 2007 shows one of the last trams in Astrakhan [2]. Tram transport in this city operated from 1900 to 2007 [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8].

Decision to eliminate urban rail transit contributed to Astrakhan being recognized as the worst city in the RF in terms of urban transport in 2021 [9]. However, from 2023 onwards the situation is gradually improving [10].
