If we want to talk about the social media history of people’s wives, especially how they reacted to Oct 7th, we’re going to have to talk about Zohran Mamdani’s wife 🧵
@J_Insider @WillBredderman
A few days ago, the NYT ran a smear article on Dan Goldman’s wife’s social media activity post-Oct 7th. Disgruntled Goldman constituents tried to pathologize the normal and common Jewish trauma reaction. nytimes.com/2026/03/04/nyr…
The same constituents would likely shrug off Zohran Mamdani’s wife’s cheering of the actual genocidal actions of Hamas, a terrorist organization, and her support of the protests in NYC backed those actions.
To his credit, Zohran Mamdani the politician has denounced the Oct 7th attacks. Similarly, Dan Goldman has also explained that his wife does not speak for him.
So I guess the two have that in common.
The real question is, Will the NYT run the same breathless smear article about Zohran Mamdani and his wife’s social media activity? Or is this type of “journalism” reserved for only those the NYT “reporters” ideologically disagree with? Let’s wait and see!
Tamika Mallory was one of the leaders of the Women’s March until she was forced to resign in 2019 amidst several allegations of antisemitism. Since then, credibility shot, she’s done nothing of note. Until today, when Zohran Mamdani selected her to be on his transition team. 🧵
Vanessa Wruble, a Jewish woman & one of the original Women’s March leaders, was pushed out of leadership by Mallory. Specifically, Mallory told her that Jews controlled the slave trade (an antisemitic conspiracy theory) & berated Wruble that “your people hold all the wealth.”
The “Jews Controlled the Slave Trade” theory was developed by Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam.
In 2017, Mallory posted a photo of herself with Farrakhan, calling him “the GOAT”.
It's no surprise that Alicia Singham Goodwin, political director of "Jews for Racial and Economic Justice" (& spearheader of "Jews for Zohran") is not herself Jewish.
Also no surprise that her uncle is Roy Singham, the China-based bankroller of leftist protest movements. 1/
Or that her aunt, Roy Singham's wife, co-founded Code Pink with Medea Benjamin. Here's Medea declaring her support of Palestine Action after it was declared a terrorist organization in the UK. The entire X feed is full of anti-Israel propaganda. x.com/codepink
It should come as no surprise because JFREJ & "The Jewish Vote" (JFREJ's political arm) co-founder Sophie Ellman-Golan has all but admitted that using the word "Jewish" in the names of her political enterprises is a joke. Ha, ha.
On May 21, Tarek Barzouk was remanded to federal custody after the FBI found $750,000 & weapons in his home, and a phone filled with anti-Jewish and pro-terrorism texts. He had been charged with a federal hate crime for assaulting Jews on 3 separate occasions🧵
The first time was on April 15, 2024, when Barzouk kicked a Jewish protester who was standing next to people who wear wearing kippahs, carrying Israeli flags, and singing Jewish songs. Barzouk appears to have been arrested, but no criminal charges were filed.
Then, on December 9, 2024, at a protest near an "uptown University" (Columbia) Barzouk punched in the face a person wearing a kippah and an Israeli flag around their shoulders. This time Barzouk was arrested but for some reason not charged with assault.
New and explosive lawsuit brought on behalf of American family members of victims of Oct 7th & Israeli Columbia students against Nerdeen Kiswani, WOL, Columbia JVP and SJP, CUAD, and and Columbia students Maryam Alwan, Cameron Jones, and Mahmoud Khalil.
Docket No. 25-cv-2400 🧵
(for those who may not remember, Cameron Jones is best known for his role as Keffiyeh Ken in the now-infamous "basic humanitarian aid" video)
This complaint is 79 pages long PLUS exhibits so I will try to summarize this in digestible form. First: the plaintiffs are alleging that the defendants are the PR wing of Hamas in the US.
If you think the Jewish guy who wore a hat to a Palestinian coffeeshop was a setup, have I got a story to tell you about the plaintiffs in Lawrence v. Texas... 🧵
Briefly, Lawrence v. Texas is the landmark Supreme Court case striking down the Texas laws criminalizing sodomy as unconstitutional. It is one of the most important LGBTQ rights cases of modern times. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_…
But the two men who challenged the law were not lovers and never had sex. That night, the police were actually called because of a weapons disturbance. When they arrived, they encountered four very drunk men sitting in a living room with pornographic homoerotic art on the walls.
