His Facebook says that he lived in Warren Michigan, not far from Dearborn and West Bloomfield. His friends list has what appears to be entirely Arab and Muslim persons, many in military uniforms.
An Ayman Ali Alghazali in the same county has been charged with child sexually abusive activity, using a computer or internet to commit a crime involving a minor, and accosting children for immoral purposes, according to Wayne County court records. Court Docket Number 25-2188-FY.
Lots of family members across the world including in Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq and Dearborn Michigan.
Ahmed appears to be a close relative, maybe brother or cousin. His social media is packed with pro Palestine and anti Israel content.

His entire friends list is truly full of militants or terrorists from Yemen. Unclear if they are Houthis or another group.
People he interacted with are clearly militants, military or terrorists in Yemen.
Others he interacted with in Yemen, praised the China.
Ayman was clearly and explicitly celebrating militants and/or terrorists in Yemen himself.
Some of his friends in Michigan list their work as "drugs hustle at 6 Mile hood" with a profile picture of a pistol.
Other friends have profile pictures of Saddam Hussein and are armed.
He was also connected to potential militants in Iraq.
