1. According to March 4, 2023, claims made by the late Dr. Jon McGreevy (aka “JohnHeretoHelp, aka “Ryan Dark White”), retired LTG Mike Flynn architected January 6. (Disclaimer: All innocent till proven guilty.)

2. Note: McGreevy had prior served as an undercover informant for DOJ. His reputation was thoroughly smeared during his lifetime, which makes sense given that he made a lot of people look extremely...bad.

3. Allegedly, goal was "controlled crisis" using the "Alcatraz Strategy." Recruited assets, including Ashli Babbitt, would take over the Capitol, forcing the President to declare National Emergency or invoke Insurrection Act, thereby stopping Biden from declaring victory.

4. If McGreevy's version is accurate, this forces an entirely different view of January 6.

5. The proposed operation was allegedly not intended to be a spontaneous riot, but a structured occupation designed to trigger a specific legal and military response.

6. The primary goal was allegedly to generate sufficient chaos to force Congress to evacuate the building, preventing the certification of electoral votes.

7. Under the alleged “Alcatraz Strategy,” a group of people would take over the Capitol and refuse to leave.

This would turn the building into a “no-go zone” for lawmakers, creating a “Constitutional Standstill.”

8. Allegedly, a specific NG unit would then be deployed. Rather than clearing the building, they'd “secure” the perimeter, locking the protesters inside and keeping lawmakers out.

Result: A “buffer” that looked like peacekeeping but functioned as a protection of the occupation.

9. Allegedly, by stopping the clock on January 6th, the operation intended to:

Suspend the certification of results indefinitely.

Launch “investigations” controlled by the Flynn network.

Facilitate a re-run of the election or allow state legislatures to decide the winner.

10. McGreevy asserts Ashli Babbitt was a trained asset recruited specifically for this operation. Babbitt allegedly wore a specific flag like a “team jersey.”
The “Go-Signal”: “This is our 1776” - specific operational code to signal the beginning of the infiltration.

11. Why would Flynn do this?

12. Alleged motive #1. While Flynn had presidential pardon, he still faced legal scrutiny. A successful declaration of a National Emergency would have shifted the rule of law to emergency powers, superseding traditional court system & DOJ. Result: Legal shield.

13. Alleged motive #2: By “rescuing” the presidency through a controlled military-style intervention, Flynn intended to indebt the President, reclaim high-level power.

Alleged motive #3: Validate Flynn network

+ Financial gain (fundraising, etc.)

14. The plan reportedly fell apart when details were leaked. General William J. Walker (D.C. National Guard) is identified as a key figure who did not play his assigned role, causing the “controlled” crisis to devolve into an “uncontrolled” riot.

15. At that point, Flynn allegedly "cut and run."

16. When Babbitt was left without backup, this allegedly led to her death.

In addition, the blame for the riot was pinned on President Trump while Flynn maintained "hero patriot" status to his followers.
