🤓 Let’s make founders out of gamers, ⚒️ tools out of chaos!
🐙 Security is a deep dive
👶 Security 101 is just a beginning
💪 Security delivers muscle but the cost is hard to justify
🤖 Security utilities could help generate value
✂️ Continue with the Introductory, Intermediate, Intense 5-10-5 lens to support clear, timely delivery
⚗️ Testing Google Vertex may help with coding needed
🫂 Contributing introduces complexity and risks ➡️ Sprint 3
🎯 March 20 target achieved
🥜 Core kernel and flow ready

⚡ Steps 1&2 defined in core, accessible and ready to review
🧵👇
⛔ Hard work to separate out function to reach shipping date
💤 One week R3 to rest, reflect and reset
🛡️ Sprint 2 - Security scheduled April 10
🔊 Community outreach effort strengthened
💤 Another week of R3
🧵👇
🕹️ Sprint 3 - Gamification and Contribution Leaderboards and tracking scheduled May 1
🚢 Launch Steps 1 & 2 of 6, seek beta testing communities
🔎 Begin assessing feedback and early traction
🔊 Audience Feedback - Only 20% complete and seven days overdue. Key work not done!
🫂 Trying to de-scope community CONTRIBUTING this sprint has been difficult 🐌. Twitter, not Discord, for now.
📹 Video created for audience outreach. Retro long haul product may hamper execution, lower response. One Discord community gave one response. 🔎
🪙 Digital Asset production may need more emphasis
✂️ Ruthless scope control has been a constant friend
🧵👇
‼️ De scoped work to be logged as Issues
🚧 Yet again NFTs have proved a technical barrier, one day I'll solve this. And likely means Hugging Face must also wait. But a project version is possible.
🧮 A streak counter must go in as planned
📈 #Progress: Started Feb 8 with core web page design via Google Docs Landscape → NotebookLM prompt → Claude Artefact. By Feb 15, announced #ProtoFounders—6-stage gaming-to-Web3 #StartupPathway. #Wireframe vibing! 🧵 2/5
💪 Challenges: Tackled FUD on project value concerning AI job freeze fears. Overcame resource gaps as solo dev by leveraging open AI tools. Noting security risks in user assessments & HTML bug fixes. 🧵 3/5
@MemeticCowboy @BurkhartRj @threadreaderapp @RedfearnMike @MarekArts @nema_cio @grok @SecondmeAI @SecondMe_Model @simplemindapp Still interesting that the lead without leading approach does slow things down, the emphasis for progress goes back to the individual recipient.
Rather than a yes or no selection process, a creative process is needed to fill the gap.
Not all people have those skills!
@MemeticCowboy @BurkhartRj @threadreaderapp @RedfearnMike @MarekArts @nema_cio @grok @SecondmeAI @SecondMe_Model @simplemindapp And I think the duality / triality issue is with the human questioner.
Only when the human stops asking yes or no questions will other triality possibilities emerge.
This is a human culture / training problem, not a Borg problem.
@MemeticCowboy @BurkhartRj @threadreaderapp @RedfearnMike @MarekArts @nema_cio @grok @SecondmeAI @SecondMe_Model @simplemindapp And so, the real question is probably why humans prefer yes or no questions, and why they don't look for more creative win win solutions as described by Steven R Covey in his 7 Habits book.
One is quick twitch simplistic, the other is slow twitch hard work.
This is actually pretty difficult when humans are quite so diverse.
Borgs adapt to speak our language, and at least for now are helpful and supportive.
Do we occasionally need challenge, to prompt triality and solutions?
🧵👇
@MemeticCowboy @BurkhartRj @RedfearnMike @MarekArts @nema_cio @grok Yes, of course. But don't we find this after review of a previous action, good, bad or indifferent. Isn't the cowboy exploring their own pathway, reaching their own conclusions?
Constant challenge is not good for us and prevents progress.
🧵👇
@MemeticCowboy @BurkhartRj @RedfearnMike @MarekArts @nema_cio @grok Again this comes down to discussion 🆚 action, and we do need to take action when the environmental levels of change demand it. This is a basic survival instinct we should not be ignoring.
