🚨 The H-1B visa program isn’t what you think.

It’s not about a “talent shortage.”

It’s a labor control system hiding in plain sight.

With the help of @qaggnews, we analyzed 20 YEARS of USCIS data.

Here’s what they don’t want you to notice 🧵 Image
👉 Up to 72% of visas are extensions
👉 Only ~28% are new workers

So it isn’t recruitment.

It’s more about worker retention and dependency.

If this were truly a “skills shortage” program…

You’d see mostly NEW hires.

Instead:

Companies bring workers in…
Then keep renewing them.

That’s not a free market.
That’s controlled labor.
Now it gets worse.

This is supposed to be a GLOBAL talent program.

But look at this:

👉 India = ~70–75% of ALL H-1Bs
👉 China = ~11–13%
👉 Everyone else = tiny share Image
That’s not “global competition.”

That’s a pipeline.
And pipelines don’t happen naturally.

They’re built by:
👉 Outsourcing firms
👉 Staffing companies
👉 Repeat hiring loops

This system is being fed, not discovered.
What jobs are these visas actually going to?

Not a broad mix of “specialty occupations.”

👉 Up to ~70% are computer-related roles Image
Now look at wages.

For years, salaries rose steadily…
Then suddenly:

👉 $118K in 2022
👉 $118K in 2023
👉 Barely $120K in 2024 Image
In a REAL talent shortage…
Wages keep rising.

But here?
They hit a ceiling.

Why?

👉 Because supply is being stabilized.

This isn’t a free market.
It’s wage-controlled labor flow.
Here’s something most people miss:

👉 Approval rates are 85%–100%+ most years

If this were truly about elite, scarce talent…

Would it be this easy to get approved? Image
🚨 The biggest red flag isn’t what we see.

It’s what we can’t see anymore.

Based on the available data, in many cases, we can’t even verify:

▪️Skill level
▪️Degree qualifications
▪️Job legitimacy

And this is the program shaping our labor market?
This system:
▪️Retains workers instead of recruiting
▪️Concentrates hiring pipelines
▪️Dominates one industry
▪️Suppresses wage growth
▪️Becomes LESS transparent over time

Once companies build these pipelines…
They don’t stop.
They scale them.

👉 The system becomes self-reinforcing
The H-1B has evolved into a system that benefits:
👉 Large corporations
👉 Outsourcing firms

While everyone else is told:

“There’s just not enough talent.”

We haven’t even touched on all the H-1B fraud yet. There is so much to be found there.

🧵Giving the power back to the people🧵

Several laws in the United States empower citizens to influence or hold the government accountable, often more than people realize.
These laws provide mechanisms for transparency, participation, and oversight, though they may be underutilized or not widely understood.
Below is a concise overview of key laws that give people significant power over the government, with an emphasis on their practical implications:
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (1966)
What it does: Grants the public the right to request access to federal agency records, with some exceptions (e.g., classified information).

Power it gives: Citizens can uncover government actions, spending, and decision-making processes. For example, journalists and activists use FOIA to expose corruption or mismanagement.

Why it’s underutilized: Many people are unaware of FOIA or find the process intimidating, but anyone can submit a request without legal expertise.

Example: FOIA requests have revealed details about government surveillance programs and environmental violations.

How to use it: File a request through agency websites (e.g., foia.gov). State and local governments often have similar laws (e.g., Public Records Acts).
Government in the Sunshine Act (1976)
What it does: Requires federal agencies with multiple members (e.g., commissions) to hold meetings publicly, with advance notice, unless specific exemptions apply.

Power it gives: Citizens can attend or access records of meetings where major decisions are made, ensuring transparency in processes like regulatory changes.

Why it’s underutilized: Public attendance is low, and many don’t know they can request meeting agendas or minutes.

Example: You can monitor agencies like the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to influence policies on net neutrality.

How to use it: Check agency websites for meeting schedules or contact them for access.

🚨Thread: Well New Jersey, it is time to bring the magnifying glass home. So much corruption in one little state, I could probably write a book. Like I've said time and time again, the public was fooled by a whole lot of smooth talking criminals but it's time to shine a light in the darkness...
With so many, options to choose from I figured I'd start from the beginning in District 1 where there is plenty to discuss with Democrat Rep. Donald Norcross

Image
Image
Donald Norcross was first "elected" to his congressional seat in 2014. Like many of the "no one really likes you" politicians in NJ, he was "appointed" to a vacant seat in the NJ Senate in 2010. He's got a long history of questionable behavior and inappropriately utilizing his position as a "public servant" to enrich himself, friends and family.

Thread: I'll be the first to admit, I am not an expert when it comes to the rules of a Political Action Committee, but are PAC's allowed to be formed solely to accept fund from a single donor?
American Dream Federal Action claims to be "an ORGANIZATION dedicated to electing forward-looking candidates — those who want to protect America’s long term economic and national security by advancing smart policy decisions now. As an ORGANIZATION, WE will be guided by a series of key principles that will govern the work WE do and the candidates WE support."
Now replace "WE" with a character I discussed a few days ago who supported Kevin McCarthy and Tom Emmer among other RINOs. Ryan Salame- Co-CEO of FTX. Odd how the media only mentions Sam Bankman-Fried. Image

Does anyone remember this about Letitia James?
In 2001, the media admitted that they were shocked when she lost her election for Brooklyn Councilmember to James Davis because she was heavily funded, backed and supported by the Democrat party. Immediately after the loss, the investigations and smear campaigns against James Davis began in the media and to the public.

Image
Image
On July 23rd 2003, James Davis was murdered at City Hall Image
You may not recall despite how big this news should have been back then because the world was busy being enamored and bombared by news of Michael Phelps and his world records.
But it happened.
