HOLY SH*T - people in the UK have connected the dots on Therme Group
There is a LOT of connections and details in there... but the one I focused on was China Merchants Bank. Image
The other interesting connection is Jean-Paul Gauthier... guy from Montreal who worked for the World Bank for a long time and essentially convinces governments to create "Special Economic Zones", which often enable corruption.

1/ It isn't really accurate to say PWC has "little history with software". There are many different teams within the company, including technology. Those are separate from the accountants. Image
2/ I looked into this "Civil Resolution Tribunal" system that PWC built for British Columbia. It is a similar concept, but much smaller. It is essentially a custom-built portal that runs on Salesforce .com... this is an important detail.

To be 100% accurate, it does appear that Deripaska is transferring his stake in Strabag to another firm… still a Russian company though:
