Today, I am chairing a hearing on Arctic Frost and the Coordinated Lawfare Campaign against President Trump and the American Right.

I am investigating the coordination between these campaigns.

From newly released documents: "Fani Willis is an ICON — I can't help but to stan."🧵 Image
Arctic Frost was not a normal investigation.

Law enforcement investigates crimes.

It does not map political movements. It does not build a political enemies list through search warrants and gag orders. Image
The Biden Administration launched a whole of government effort to identify, intimidate, bankrupt, and jail the people and institutions that made up President Trump’s political world.

It looks like a dragnet. A fishing expedition.
Luckily, the American people were wise enough to see this for what it is was—a coordinated campaign of lawfare against President Trump and the American Right.
They tried to bankrupt President Trump. They tried to deplatform and delegitimize him.

They tried to imprison him. They tried to throw him off the ballot. And after years of demonizing him, there were two assassination attempts against him.
The American people sat in the jury box and rendered their verdict in November 2024—acquitted.
But the effort to “Get Trump” was not simply an investigation of alleged conduct. It was an effort to map a movement.

And that is what makes Arctic Frost so dangerous. The convictions weren’t the point. The process was the punishment.
That is why this hearing matters.

Congress must investigate that and we must hold the weaponizers accountable in both the courts of law and public opinion, otherwise accountability is dead, and the weaponizers win.

We will not let that happen.

Louisiana v. Callais is a redistricting earthquake:

• Each district drawn that used race is now unconstitutional.
• Section 2 can be used to challenge majority-minority districts.
• Disparate impact theory is unconstitutional.

Let's break it down. 🧵
The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was enacted to ban racial discrimination in voting.

Rather than enforce that discrimination ban, the Supreme Court greenlight the Left's twisting of the VRA into a mandate to create every possible racially gerrymandered “majority-minority” district.
The engine was Thornburg v. Gingles (1986).

Activists used Gingles to argue that if a majority-minority district could be drawn, and voting patterns were racially polarized, Section 2 effectively required the state to draw it.

The result was racial mapmaking by lawsuit.

American workers are being sidelined by legal immigration.

@LayoffAI just released the data: 6.9 MILLION H-1B Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) from FY2015–FY2025.

Each red dot = an American worker passed over. This must be fixed.
India accounts for ~72–75% of these filings. Top counties flooded:

Santa Clara, CA: 444,717
New York, NY: 330,819
King County, WA: 276,649

Tech hubs aren’t “short on talent.” They’re short on Americans willing to work for outsourced and deflated wages.
Meanwhile, Big Tech files for tens of thousands of H1-Bs while laying off American workers by the thousands.

The “cap” is theater.

FY2024 alone: 399,402 H-1B petitions approved. Extensions, transfers, and renewals don’t even count. Image

Territorial expansion is a time-honored American tradition—think Louisiana Purchase, Alaska. We're a frontier people—it's in our blood.

Acquiring Greenland isn't a silly idea. It makes all the sense in the world.

Here's why. 🧵
Greenland is the only place where the U.S. can simultaneously:
• Strengthen missile warning & defense
• Improve polar space tracking
• Help close the Atlantic’s northern maritime gate
• Shape Arctic shipping security
• Reduce critical-minerals dependence
• Deny Russia & China a High North foothold
The shortest paths for ICBMs and advanced air-breathing threats from Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea to the U.S. run over the High North.

Greenland buys America time—to identify the threat, prepare to intercept, and determine the best response. Image

The "Times of India" is coming after me (again) for attacking OPT—our most abused immigration scheme.

OPT:
• Subsidizes foreign labor
• Undermines young Americans
• Creates Visa Mills

OPT was created by executive regulation. It can be ended by executive regulation. Image
That's why I called on Secretary Noem and Director Edlow to overhaul or end this terribly broken program.

The entire OPT system rigs the game against Americans. America First means AMERICANS first.
Over the past 5 years, OPT has increased nearly 30%.

It's time for action. OPT, as we know it, has to go. Image

For years, the State Department was a vehicle for exporting leftism to the world.

Under President Trump and Secretary Rubio, it's protecting Americans from the world's attempts to impose leftism on us.

Talk about an upgrade. Image
I'm overjoyed by today's announcement that the State Department is taking action against the foreign architects of the censorship-industrial complex.

This is an issue that is near and dear to my heart. It was the subject of two letters I wrote last week.
Below, you can read my letter to @UnderSecPD laying out the case for sanctioning the foreign bureaucrats and NGOs who are trying to impose left-wing Euro-style speech codes on Americans. This is an urgent fight—for our country and for Western civilization.

The Optional Practical Training program is a cheap foreign-labor program for big companies and universities.

But it's undermining young Americans.

It’s time to overhaul or possibly end this terribly broken program all together. 🧵 Image
OPT boxes young Americans out of the workforce, discriminates against American workers in favor of foreign labor, and suppresses wages and job opportunities for U.S. graduates. It distorts our higher education system, feeds “visa mill” fraud, and threatens our national security.
Under OPT, foreign nationals can work in the U.S. on student visas for up to 12 months after graduation, and up to three years for STEM fields.

In practice, it’s become a shadow guest-worker program, with no caps, labor-market tests, or any meaningful limits or standards at all.
