Time-boxing is a productivity technique where you allocate a fixed amount of time to a specific task and commit to stopping once the time is up. Instead of working on a task indefinitely, you set clear boundaries to maintain focus and efficiency.
For example, you might schedule:
✅ 9:00 - 9:30 AM: Respond to emails
✅ 10:00 - 12:00 PM: Work on a report
✅ 2:00 - 3:00 PM: Brainstorm ideas
This method helps prevent procrastination, reduces distractions, and ensures better time management.
