Kylie Kirkpatrick is suing me for defamation because I wrote a 7 part series that led to her arrest in 2020 for 8 felony counts of fraud. Because most of you don't know who she is I will be resharing the articles on her one at a time because my audience is much larger now and I want everyone to know what a criminal, scumbag, and horrible mother she is. Today we will be doing a thread on Part 3 - "Shopping Sprees, Fraud, Fake Nonprofits, Selling Donated Goods."

Kylie used her son's made up story (that she was the master mind behind) about paying off school lunch debts for classmates to enrich herself. She began with a website called in which she used her son's image and fake story to solicit donations. Ryankyote.com

Ryan became a national hero off this fake story and a GoFundMe was for him by someone who was duped by Kylie's lies. Kylie would post on social media about all the $75 checks and gift cards that were pouring in from across the country, in a symbolic statement to repay the money he had donated so his classmates, who were not being denied school lunch, could eat.

Kylie constantly used Ryan to try to get more money from the people she was lying to. As she pointed out, being Ryan Kyote came with perks.

Ryan’s sister Anastaxia, a Rhode Island resident who was raised by her grandmother due to Kylie’s inability to be a parent, also helped promote the money making scheme. They tagged every possible company they could on social media, using Ryan's fake story to get free stuff.

A follower on Instagram pointed out that Kylie seemed to be profiting off of this and wasn’t donating any of these donated goods to charities. She turned it around by asking the critic what he was doing to help, while pointing out that Ryan would be testifying in front of congress to eliminate school lunch debts. This was a big part of her grift - Kylie used the fact that she was scamming the government to enact pointless laws to fix problems that didn't exist in order to justify the unlimited donations she was soliciting.

Kylie posted a completely fabricated story about Ryan paying for first responders' meals at a restaurant. She then attempted to profit off of that by tagging celebrities with the fake story on Twitter. This was how her scam operated.

The donations kept coming in from across the country. First it was the shoes.

Then it was the For Christmas list Kylie posted with a picture of Ryan on social media, asking the general public to pay for an X-Box, dirt bike, and braces for her child. Oh, and free lunches too, even though that was a problem that didn't exist.

Kylie tried hard to do business with the king of grifting in the Bay area - Colin Kaepernick. It worked too.

Ryan wasn't the only one who benefitted off the grifting - Kylie was as well. But no one was gonna donate her anything, so she had to use Ryan as a prop to do so. Before Christmas Kylie complained on Facebook that the new free shoes they’d sent Ryan were in the wrong size, but she lied and said that she paid for them, even though Nike clearly stated that they were donated. To make matters worse these shoes weren’t even for Ryan – they were for her.

What was Kylie doing with all the donated shoes she was getting from Nike? Selling them on Facebook marketplace of course.

Kylie was openly bragging about selling all of these donated goods, and attempted to justify it by claiming that Ryan donates to needy families that reach out to him. She did the same thing when people asked where the $100 from the original GoFundMe went – said it went to an unnamed but needy family. This is her shtick. She did the same on Christmas morning.

Kylie had a “blog” that she runs, which was really just a private Facebook group where she monetized Ryan’s lie by selling “KLB Mafia” (KLB is what she called herself) merchandise. She claimed the money went to her “non profit,” which didn't exist.

Her lies enabled her to solicit large donations from Chobani and go on shopping sprees at every 9 year old boy's favorite store - Gucci.

When Kylie was eventually charged many of the listed victims included professional sports teams. For instance, the Oakland Raiders fell for the scam when they honored Ryan as a hero at their final home opener.

Other victims included the San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, and athletes like Tim Tebow, who donated merch and gave him access to the field.

Ryan is just a kid, but his mother was teaching him an important life lesson - lying is a good thing because you can get lots of stuff that no one else gets when you're really good at lying.

Nobody treated Ryan better than the Golden State Warriors, who gave him tickets to the NBA Finals, gifts from the players, and even a championship ring.

Ryan also got a championship ring from the Dallas Cowboys, even though no one under the age of 40 can understand the concept of the Cowboys winning Super Bowls.

Ryan got so much free bling he started to look like a rapper.

The brother of the guy who killed Bin Laden reached out to Ryan because he considered Ryan a hero as a direct result of the lies Kylie was spreading about Ryan paying off imaginary school lunch debts.

Ryan has been invited on TV shows across the country, and when they traveled Kylie made sure to post pictures of her first class tickets and other perks on social media.

Although Ryan was cashing in greatly off of this lie, Kylie was cashing in even more as she flew around the country with Ryan and enjoyed the perks of her faux celebrity.

Have you ever flown on a private jet? Ryan and Kylie have, but only because she's a "celebrity Mom" who gets recognized when she flies commercial. All of this was used against her by the police and DA's Office, and she likely would've kept cashing in on it if I hadn't written about her. Kylie was only able to do this because the media was more than willing to go along with her lies because they were benefitting too.
