Elected Democrat officials in California that do not live in the United States:
San Diego City Councilwoman Vivian Moreno isn’t honest about her residency. She lives with her husband & child in Mexico a significant amount of time & regularly posts photos from Tijuana almost like a cry for help that she really isn’t available when people need her. Now, Vivian is running for Supervisor while South Bay faces wildfire threats.
