Perhaps TB's counsel ought to review this case with him before he goes around abusing Christopher Mattei some more. The citation is Mohammed v. Anderson, 833 F. App’x 570 (7th Cir. 2020):
Let's see what Mr. Mohammed did. It seems to have included some rather tame name-calling (milksop? namby-pamby?) among other more obnoxious behavior: 
"Free speech! First Amendment!," cried Mr. Mohamed.
Let's see how that argument fared. Oh, no? The court told him to go fuck himself? Surprise, surprise.
Hmm, Mohammed was “profane,” “inappropriately belligerent,” “threatening,” “inexplicably juvenile,” “sexist and arguably homophobic,” “ethnically charged,” and “for lack of a better term, creepy.” Those are TB's stock-in-trade. Turns out it's a bad idea:
Keep in mind that the court in Mohammed went for the ultimate sanction - they threw his case out. So, if I were TB, I'd tread a little more lightly.
