1/🧵Are you actually “infected”… or slowly being poisoned – and misdiagnosed as having a viral illness? 🦠☠️

In my new deep-dive, I unpack how toxic exposures can perfectly mimic “germ” and “virus” infections.

🔗 Full article with 61 references: sayerji.substack.com/p/infected-or-…Image
2/ Modern medicine is trained to see almost everything through an infection-first lens. 🧬🩺

Fever, fatigue, rash, GI upset, neurological issues… the default assumption is “virus” or “bacteria,” not pesticides, metals, or drug toxicity. Image
3/ From contaminated water and air pollution to pharmaceuticals, household chemicals, and food additives – we live in an unprecedented toxic soup. 🌫️🍽️💊

Yet almost none of this is seriously considered when someone presents with “mysterious” illness. Image
4/ Once symptoms are framed as “infection,” powerful narratives get triggered:

•Fear of contagion
•Isolation & masking behaviors
•Rapid acceptance of antibiotics, antivirals, and vaccines

All while environmental and iatrogenic poisoning remain invisible. Image
5/ This isn’t just a medical error – it’s a political and economic one. 💰🏛️

If illness is blamed on “random germs,” then polluters, regulators, and pharma avoid accountability for the very toxins driving disease.

This also makes possible a 'biosecurity-as-governance' structure leading to the mitigation and even suspension of our most dearly-held constitutional, medical and human rights.Image
6/ In the article, I explore:

•How “infection” has become the default story
•The science of toxic injury mimicking infection
•Why public health agencies almost never ask,

“What poisoned this person or community?” Image
7/ Reframing sickness from “attacked by germs” to “overloaded by poisons” shifts everything. ♻️

It emphasizes terrain, detoxification, nutrition, and environmental repair – not just endless new drugs and shots. Image
8/ This perspective also helps explain:

•“Outbreaks” in heavily polluted areas
•Clusters of “mystery illnesses” near industrial or military sites
•Why some people get “infected” repeatedly while others in the same environment do not. Image
9/ If we never look for poisons, we will keep “finding” new germs to blame. 🧪➡️🦠

My piece challenges that paradigm and invites a more honest, terrain‑centered understanding of disease in the 21st century.

🥥 In 2008, a Florida doctor watched her 58-year-old husband fail to draw a clock. She was told he was "beyond moderate" Alzheimer's.

Two weeks later, he drew it again.

What she gave him sells for $15 a jar at the grocery store. Pharma has spent $42B to ignore it. 🧵👇 Image
2/99.6% of Alzheimer's drug trials since 2003 have failed.

100% of "disease-modifying" trials have failed.

Yet the FDA approved 3 amyloid antibodies that cause brain bleeds in up to 31% of patients — and killed 3 people in donanemab trials alone.

📊 NEJM, JAMA, Science.
3/ The entire amyloid hypothesis — 30 years, $42 billion, the foundation of every approved Alzheimer's drug — was built on a 2006 Nature paper that Science magazine exposed as containing fabricated images in 2022.

Pharma kept selling the drugs anyway. 🚨

🧵 Doctors are furious that RFK Jr. touched mammography.

But the Cochrane Collaboration — medicine's gold standard — found that for every woman mammography saves, 10 are unnecessarily treated.

The outrage is real. It's just aimed in exactly the wrong direction. 👇 Image
1/ 🔬 When the USPSTF grades mammography, it grades a detection procedure.

It does not grade:
— Reducing inflammation
— Carcinogen/exposome factors
— Immunological status
— Altering microRNA expression
— Changing the epigenetic terrain

Detection ≠ Prevention.

This is the foundational category error of modern oncology.
2/ 📊1.3 MILLION American women were overdiagnosed by mammography over 30 years.*

Treated for cancers their bodies were already containing.

Subjected to surgery, radiation, and hormone suppression.

Counted as "survivors" of a disease that never threatened their lives.

— New England Journal of Medicine, 2012 nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…

*approximately 450-600k additional American women have been overdiagnosed and overtreated with DCIS since 2012, bringing the total close to 2 millionImage

A campaign longer than Vietnam. A toast with raw milk from the Amish cartel. A two-page bill that took down the CEO of the World Economic Forum.

Thomas Massie's concession speech wasn't a goodbye.

It was a filing of the record.

Here's what @RepThomasMassie put into evidence.
🧵👇Image
First — who is Thomas Massie and why did it cost $35 million to remove him?

14 years in Congress. MIT engineer. Builds his own house off the grid in rural Kentucky.

Zero ethics complaints. Zero foreign aid votes. Never once voted for a blank check.

He was the one who said no when everyone else said yes.

That made him the most dangerous man in a very comfortable room.

"Why Rep. Thomas Massie prefers living off the grid" youtube.com/watch?v=0pssNC…Image
His first words on election night — after losing the most expensive congressional primary in 250 years of American history:

"I would have come out sooner — but I had to find Ed Gallrein. In Tel Aviv."

No self-pity. No tears. No gracious platitudes.
Just a man who knew exactly where his opponent was.

And exactly what that meant.

🚨1/ A bacterium living in your gut right now is degrading polyethylene plastic.

Not surface erosion. True mineralization — converting one of the most chemically inert and universally contaminating (e.g. microplastic) materials humanity has ever made back into CO₂ and biomass.

Same process as digesting an apple!

This is peer-reviewed. Published 2025. And it's only the beginning.Image
2/ Bacillus subtilis — the ancient soil-and-gut commensal we met in the Roundup piece — doesn't stop at glyphosate.

The published literature now documents it degrading:
→ Polyethylene plastic
→ Pyrethroid insecticides
→ Herbicides beyond glyphosate
→ Industrial phenol
→ Mycotoxins → Polyurethane films

One species. No genetic modification. No human design.

[All study citations here: sayerji.substack.com/p/the-bacteriu…]Image
3/ Here's the part that is exceptionally fascinating.

B. subtilis doesn't detoxify individually.

It detoxifies socially.

When exposed to pyrethroids, colonies secrete a signaling peptide. When enough cells register the threat collectively — a quorum — they switch on the detoxification genes together.

The microbe confers before it acts.

1/🚨BREAKING: Keir Starmer is reportedly preparing to resign as Prime Minister.

Five years ago, his Chief of Staff built the operation that branded twelve named Americans — including me — as killers.

This is the record of how those two stories became one. 🧵👇 Image
2/The Brixton origin

The operation began in 2018 in Room 216 of a co-working space above a pub in Brixton, South London.Three people besides Morgan McSweeney were allowed to work from that room. One of them was Imran Ahmed.

Together they founded the Center for Countering Digital Hate.Image
Image
3/ The £849,429

CCDH was built on £849,429 in undisclosed donations to Labour Together that the UK Electoral Commission was never told about. The money flowed between June 2017 and March 2020 — the exact window in which McSweeney engineered Starmer's rise to the Labour leadership.

1/🚨A 2011 peer-reviewed trial: 2.5g/day of black sesame meal lowered systolic BP by 8.2 mmHg in 4 weeks.

Pharmaceutical-magnitude therapeutic effect. Same range as ACE inhibitors and Angiotensin II Receptor Blockers.

From a food. Pennies a day. Zero detected side effects.
You haven't heard of it. Here's why. 🧵👇Image
2/ It didn't just lower BP. The upstream biomarkers moved like a root-cause intervention should:

→ MDA (lipid peroxidation) dropped 33%
→ Vitamin E rose 30%
→ Sesame lignans upregulate endogenous vitamin C synthesis (animal data)

The body's own antioxidant machinery switched on.

Study details: sayerji.substack.com/p/the-black-se…Image
3/ Drugs cannot do this. Their mechanism forbids it.

ACE inhibitors block bradykinin → cough.
Beta-blockers suppress sympathetic tone → fatigue, ED.
Diuretics force excretion → gout, glucose intolerance.

The "side effects" ARE the mechanism, seen from another angle.
