You think your wife is asking for too much. But the Prophet ﷺ did all 17 gestures without being asked.
Here's how the Prophet ﷺ treated his wives?

1. He called them with loving nicknames.
2. He fed them with his own hands. → (Sahih Muslim 3006)
3. He drank from the same spot on the cup as her.
4. He helped in household chores.
5. He raced with her and laughed.
6. He expressed love openly. → "I love you as my life." - (Sunan Ibn Majah 1972)
7. He comforted them when they were sad.
8. He listened more than he spoke.
9. He was gentle and never raised his voice.
10. He never insulted or belittled them.
11. He was patient with their emotions.
12. He shared meals and time with them.
13. He gave them attention, not just provision.
14. He appreciated small gestures.
15. He never made them feel unworthy.
16. He made them feel loved every single day.
17. He forgave quickly.

The Prophet ﷺ didn't just preach love he practiced it.
If he could do all this without being asked, then loving your wife gently isn't "too much" it's Sunnah.

"The best of you are those who are best to their wives, and I am the best of you to my wives." — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ(Tirmidhi 3895)

These Names of Allah can change your health, your peace and everything.
Are you suffering... physically, emotionally or silently... and nothing seems to heal?

Is your body tired... constant headaches... weakness... chronic diseases unexplained pain...?

Or maybe it's your heart... overthinking... heaviness... anxiety you can't explain...
And you keep making dua, but you feel like your healing is delayed.

Now Listen carefully:

When you call Allah... don't just say "Ya Allah"...
Call Him by the Names that carry your exact cure.

For your body... say "Yã Shäfi"
—the One who cures every disease... seen and unseen
