File on 4 Investigates - Letby Hospital: Maternity failings at the Countess of Chester - BBC Sounds

From the time of my first interest and involvement in the #LucyLetby case I declared that the failure to forensically investigate the Maternity and ...share.google/2LLGg6C5UrDezF…

Attached are some released Thirlwall Inquiry documents related to #LucyLetby Baby D, who she was convicted of murdering. These documents are as enlightening as they are deeply concerning.
The mother of baby D experienced significantly prolonged pre-labour rupture of the membranes Image

Of the literally thousands of documents that I have read, since becoming interested in the #LucyLetby case and conviction, this document, released from the Thirlwall Inquiry today is, without doubt, the most astonishing and utterly condemning of how her case was handled at CofCH Image
One document that entirely blows the lid off, not only what has become increasingly clear was a failing clinical service, but how senior Clinicians, Managers and Lawyers conspired to scapegoat an individual to protect their and the Trust's reputations. It is condemningly damaging
The document is a transcript of a discussion between the CofCH Director of HR Sue Hodgkinson and Ian Pace, a Lawyer, who presumably advised the Trust on important Employment Law matters. Its contents are nothing short of a dire and condemning revelation. Image
