Since November 2020, @OpenSea has gone from an obscure startup name to an NFT giant.

Our data shows that OpenSea has generated more than 2M monthly visits with a 300% increase since June. This is a rocketship.
People are using NFTs as a ‘status symbol,’ a form of creative expression, and some are even viewing them as investments that they intend to sell later.

No matter how you view them, trash or treasure, there’s no question that NFTs are having a special moment in culture.
