Many of you don't know this about me:

When I was a still living at my roach-infested apartment, I also had NO idea where to start from, like many of you might feel now. IT IS normal.

So, what do you do?

Thread.
1st step: Brainwash yourself.

If you are 19, your subconscious is dominated by a belief system you've built through the course of your entire life.

It takes time to reverse the limiting effect of those beliefs and thought patterns.

3-12 months to alter your belief system.
2nd Step: Overtraining & Overexposure.

It took 2 months of reprograming to change my grounding beliefs, and limiting thought patterns.

I believed that "making money online cannot be a real thing"

The more I exposed myself to new ideas, the weaker that belief became.
I have 3 mentees.

To one of them, it took them only 1 month to get rid of those self-limiting believes. Even less than it took me!

To the other two, it's taken them almost a year. Now they are starting to break lose. Still afraid though.

What's the differentiator?
Adversity

That one mentee of mine, has been through even worse situations than I had been through

The other two live in relative comfort, and despite their desire for something more, they find it hard to undo 20 years of conditioning

The antidote: overexposure & overtraining
The more people you see making it online, the more you will believe it's possible.

It's a numbers game.

You must overexpose yourself to as many great people and great ideas to shatter the chains of your conditioning.
Step 3: Identify the sources of that exposure.

To me, for the first 6-9 months it was Victor Pride of Bold & Determined.

Then Mike Cernovich, then WSP, Tai Lopez, Grant Cardone & many many others.

They are too many to list here, because I overexposed myself to dozens of people.
Step 4: Make a list of what these sources of exposure and training are for you.

I have over 50 sources so far. Get at least 10 to get started with.

From those 10, choose your top 3.

Your top 3 will be the ones you will always be going back to for inspiration. The foundation.
One of the very first resources that were proven very helpful for my personal growth was startgainingmomentum.com by @LudvigSGM

We were both at around the same age, and I couldn't fathom how he was so damn wise at that age!

That was inspiring. It showed me u can be young & wise
Another thing I admire about @LudvigSGM, besides his brains, is how he was writing a book at around 20 yo.

It shattered a belief I had that you need to be old to write your own book.

Mere exposure to the possibility shattered that belief

That's why I say "overexpose yourself"
"Monkey see, monkey do"

Humans are social animals. As soon as you see someone else breaking through a previously inconceivable barrier, it suddenly becomes possible for you too.

It's the "4-minute mile" principle: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four-minu…
By the way, that book Ludvig had been writing since 2 plus years ago is finally available on Amazon.

It's called "Breaking Out of Homeostasis"

I got it immediately, and I would suggest that you invest in it too.

Here it is: amazon.com/dp/B077ZZ1DK2/
