As a guy if I'm going out with my female friends, its implied that I'm looking after them (at least to me).
Looking after them is not only limited to making sure strange men nuh drag them weh and rape them
It also means helping them ensure that they're in control of their faculties, because I went to have fun too, not to babysit a drunk adult
Is it a problem to say, "My friend (male or female), I think you may be drinking a bit too much?"
People automatically take it as offensive cause how dare you tell an adult what to do?But what kind of adult has no regard for their safety?
Men - stop raping
Women - stop getting shitfaced drunk and expecting your friends to run around behind you - its annoying and selfish
If your friend can't respect your honest opinion on that, then fuck them, dash dem weh and find some new ones
Those will only drag you down in the long run due to lack of personal responsibility
As harsh as it may seem, its one of the lessons I learnt when I started my self improvement drive this year...and it continues into next
