Untaught truths of Adulthood

-Everything you do matters

-consequences have consequences

-life never gets simpler

-rarely do you ever figure anything out fully

-it’s never too early to buy life insurance
-when someone is being self destructive, don’t try to stop them. It’s contagious

-help those who help themselves first

-stay away from anyone over the age of 25 who calls their parents before making minor decisions
-single people who own lots of unused dishes have hidden problems
-always hire a Jewish CPA to do your taxes

-better to be overdressed than underdressed

-you’re successful when you can dress however you want, and people envy you for being able to do so
If you don’t make your health a priority by 30, you’re setting yourself up for a midlife crisis at 40

-if you don’t make fitness a priority by 25, your dating prospects diminish considerably

-the best way is to be highly competent, but never in an obvious way
-people that don’t believe in G-d but believe in good vibes are always hypocrites

-Nice is the non insulting descriptive for boring. If you are called nice, radically rethink your life

-motorcycles are never not cool

-sometimes it really is only about sex

-people for whom sex is only sex are broken people
-Cats are better judges of character than dogs. Dogs love almost everyone. Cats love almost no one

-people that own parrots have above average verbal IQs

-if you have small children, you should get them a dog
-sunlight and exercise always make you feel healthier the more of them you get

-hangovers are only worth if you wake up next to someone who looks as good as they looked the night prior

-Order one drink, or Drink the Flood. Moderation is for cowards
-if you behave poorly while drinking, do not drink at all

-dark whiskeys turns regular girls into bad girls, and bad girls into VERY bad girls.

Good girls only get sick, and then want to leave early.
Don’t fuck with any man who you know can fight and drinks his liquor straight with no chaser. It will end badly for you

-happy drunks are the most sincere people are on earth

-mean drunks are the most miserable
-it is when things fall apart that you find out, too late, how they really work

-loving someone for the sake of maintaining a facade is not loving them

-lies of omission cause more damage than lies of fabrication
-your children always know when you’re being a hypocrite

-no amount of pre marriage counseling, planning, or preparation fully prepares anyone for marriage

-studying how “Power” works and claiming to understand power is akin to studying how to lift weights and believing you will deadlift 500 pounds

-The “Secret” of immense health is optimized hormones
-it is easier to critique what you lack as being pointless than to admit to your uselessness

-physical and mental strength go together, separating them weakens them both

-when in doubt, choose challenge over easy certainty
-wealth mindset is the mentality that value can be many magnitudes greater than hour in which it was created

-working hourly is how everyone starts, but it is not how you want to end

-always create multiple incomes streams, the more the better
-your tolerance for risk is predicated by how much, or how little, you have to lose

-those that get “rich” through risky investments and games rarely stay rich

-99% of people cannot think wealthy, and henceforth never will be
-The only appropriate time to be obsessed with sports is if you have money on the outcome; this leaves players, gamblers, and owners

-Competition is only honestly competitive when its your life or your reputation. Everything else is dress-up
-Life is always hierarchy, be it vertical or horizontal

-Those that wish to absolve hierarchies merely turn them sideways. This provides a cheery delusionment whilst allowing everyone to backstab each other without being watched
-The most noncreative thinkers love authority

-the most creative are, by default, anarchists

-The balance between the two is realizing order provides stability while chaos creates space for things to grow
-Everyone is addicted to something, except those who are not. Those people are not worth talking about though, as they are worse than boring, they are DULL
-Anyone who schedules a meeting to talk about meetings should be fired immediately

-Anyone whose job entails food and beverages, always treat them well and give them the benefit of the doubt

-An obese physician should never be listened to except when he is prescribing how not to kill yourself with the drugs he's telling you to take

-Surgeons are largely psychopaths who wanted an excuse to cut bodies open and play God
-Plastic surgeons know more about human psychology and behavior than the most psychologists

-Women who have a bachelors in psychology possess anti-knowledge about human behavior while being they have sacred knowledge, & lack all manner of self-awareness
-Exceptions do not disprove rules, and people who think they do are idiots. Do not have relationships with these people

-You make two impressions; what people think of you, and how they think you think of yourself. The latter informs the former
-Wealthy men who woo women with their wealth will also lose their wealth to a woman readily

-Smart men have accountants. Dumb men have their wives handle their finances

-If are not tall (as a man), be physically fit, very well dressed, rich, & charming
-If you lack appreciation for life, go volunteer at an animal shelter. You will change

-If you are honest about everything, it's very difficult for anyone to hurt you with anything

-Don't fuck with people who are beyond caring about their reputation
-A lack of gratitude will make everything you do worthless

-Losing everything is the only reliable way to learn to appreciate anything

-believing you can learn anything is a superpower
-Fight like you are already dead, and you may come out alive

-Confidence based on gratitude is infinite. Confidence based upon skill, limited, but easier to acquire for most people

-Love is perfect, as it both creates and destroys in equal measure

-if failure doesnt kill you and you are not being eaten alive, you are fine. Keep going

-Perfectionists are the best at convincing themselves their inaction is for the "right" reasons
-When a woman is upset, give her food, sex, cuddles, and listen. This solves 99% of problems

If it doesnt solve the problem, you REALLY fucked up

-The way to a Man's heart is through his stomach. That means be able to cook, LADIES

This is why it is easier to never speak of things. Once spoken, you MUST face it
-College teaches young people that they can slack off but still get a degree, fail tests but still pass, ask for favors to make up for failures, and that anything can be retaken if necessary

College teaches you very well how to be a failure at life
-it is the challenge of everyone to not make the mistakes of their parents, while also not making even greater mistakes in the process

-a man who hates his mother will always have women problems

-a woman who hates her father will always have man problems
-Do everything you can to have a good relationship with your siblings

-Always share your food (unless you really are that much of a selfish asshole)

-Sharing a meal is how people bond, and important decisions are best made over meals
-large groups of female friends will always have a; queen bee, slut, mediator, good girl, gossiper, and psycho

-women who tell their more attractive friends to cut their hair short are jealous bitches. You KNOW why you told her that
-the most attractive girl in high school is the often first to start declining and be a single mom

-the kinda pretty awkward girls turn into absolute stunners in their mid 20s

-the desire to be popular can haunt people their whole lives
-When you begin to compromise your sleep is when health begins to erode in all others

-the first time you pretend to like someone in order to do your job, you will begin to question and fantasize why you do not work for yourself
-All things become habits if you repeat them long enough. Whether they serve you is another question entirely

-You cannot have high standards for making friends but low expectations for yourself. The latter disables the former from ever happening
-An anti-discipline list; those things you do not, will not, shall not, need not, & ought not do, is a useful way to figure out what you should be doing

-Always be on time, unless you live in LA, then you'll always be late by default
-When your enemies are making errors, don't laugh or mock them. Instead, help them make more!

Better they defeat themselves anyways

-The quality of people you make your enemies says everything about the power of your own mission. Only cowards have none
-Partying is rarely as fun as you imagine it to be, and never as fun as anyone expected it to be

-Big egos are not the problem, fragile egos are. A weak ego is what makes people insecure and intolerant. A Big ego doesn't care
-The more criticism you can handle, the more capable you are of accomplishing anything

-The best way to be immune to criticism is to have a massive ego. The worst way, to try to have no ego
-The freedom in being yourself is invaluable. If you can achieve this, do so, & never let go of it

-When you compromise freedom for comfort, you will start finding it acceptable to lie to yourself about what you really want

-that which is easily acquired is not worth possessing

-that which you bleed, break, and struggle for is most worth possessing

-fortunes are made and lost in a day.

-Meaning is made and lost over a lifetime
-when your grandparents begin to die are when mortality becomes real to you

-when your parents pass on is your own mortality confronts you

-We all sound like our parents at some point, most of all if we try not to be like them
There are 4 kinds of lies

-White lies, which are lies of convenience, but do no real harm if revealed

-Black lies-which are of lies of fabrication, and hurt the one being lied to, while dishonoring the liar
-Grey lies, which are lies of omission, and betray the truth by creating an almost true, but false, version of it

-Red lies, also dark secrets, which are lies of both fabrication and omission by both parties. These lies destroy everyone if found out
-if you can laugh at something, you can overcome it

-what cannot be laughed at has all the wrong kind of power over you

-the best jokes are told at funerals. The worst, at weddings
-Do not mistake for stupidity what can be attributed to malevolence

-Do not mistake for ignorance what can be seen as willful denial
The lazy and slothful will attribute success to luck, skill to talent, mastery to being gifted, affluence to greed, fitness to genetics, beauty to narcissism

And happiness to arrogance.

Such people are miserable for good reason.
Envy makes you ugly from the inside out,

Rage, from the outside in.

-you’ll only understand pride as a Sin when you are brought down by your own hubris.
