1. "Chasing Awan (slowly)" The Imran Awan case has gone cold. This guy was basically indulging in cyber-espionage. Yet his wife, Hina Alvi was allowed to leave the country after she was apprehended at the airport.…
2. Imran Awans court date keeps getting postponed. Remember the judge who was supposed to be providing is actually closely connected to Obama
3. From the 2017 FBI affidavit: "FBI and U.S. Capitol Police, approached Alvi at Dulles International Airport, in Dulles, Virginia. Alvi was about to board Qatar Airlines, Flight 708, to Doha, Qatar, on her way to Lahore, Pakistan.
4. Alvi was with her three children, who were abruptly taken out of school without notifying the Fairfax County Public School System.
5. Alvi had numerous pieces of luggage with her, including cardboard boxes. A secondary search of those items revealed that the boxes contained household goods, clothing, and food items. A search of Alvi’s bags prior to boarding the plane and located a total of $12,400 in US cash
6. Now I did not know this and probably neither did you.
Alvi was allowed to board the flight.... Yes it's true.
Later the FBI said in the affidavit that they did not believe she plan to return back to the United States. Yes they did.
7. The FBI affidavit was filed in July 2017 after Awan also attempted to board a flight to Pakistan — this time with $9,000. Unlike Alvi, the FBI arrested Awan. Prosecutors said they believe rounding up money and wiring it overseas was part of plan to flee from the investigation
8. So based upon the timing it is highly likely that Imran Awan and Hina Alvi, both knew that they were under investigation. The alleged fraud didn't happen till after the investigation had begun. Hence the case is not one of bank fraud like most Democrats claim
9. Also according to law, anyone transporting more than $10,000 in cash must declare it on a form prior to going through customs. Penalties include a hefty fine or even jail time. Yet Hina Alvi was allowed to board the plane. Important datapoint right here
10. Ron hosko, FBI former assistant directory felt that the case called for the resources of the FBI counterintelligence division and public corruption unit.
Guess who was the FBI's Deputy assistant director of counterintelligence unit at that time?
Sit down... Peter Strzok.
11. Former U.S. attorney Andrew McCarthy observed that prosecutors waited until Alvi left the country to indict her — even though alleged fraud occurred weeks before she left.
12. Read all of Andrew McCarthy's opinion here. Absolutely incisive and Illuminating commentary. Interestingly in the "bank fraud" case there was not a single word about both Awan and his wife's airport escape to Pakistan. Why was that?…
13. The Awan's fell under suspicion late 2016 and by February 2017 most of the family was removed from their job responsibilities. However Imran and his wife stayed on. However they had lost computer access to the server. Then what the hell were they being paid to do?
14. Alvi was retained by New York congressman Gregory Meeks. During this time she tied up Loose Ends, made sure the money was ready for transfer and took her kids out of school to time to board the flight to Pakistan
15. Imran as you already know, was retained by Debbie Wasserman Schultz for almost 6 more months despite being actively investigated. Read the sentence and grasp it's full import before you continue. She fired him only after he was arrested en route to Pakistan via Qatar
16. McCarthy makes a compelling case for the blackmail angle. Huge sums of money was paid to the Awan family, they had access to exquisitely sensitive Congressional Communications, they were extorting their own stepmother and Debbie Wasserman protected Awan for 6 more months.
17. By the time Alvi fled, she had been under investigation for at least 3 months and the FBI considered her interest worthy to actually chase her to the airport. She could easily have been arrested for the currency violation if nothing else period yet she was allowed to depart
18. What did Hina Alvi do after she reached Pakistan? She actually filed a case against her own husband alleging that he was a fraudster who also threatened her. Why is this not included in the case against Imran Awan?
18. Why have no additional charges being filed? Why does this case keep getting postponed? And of course the judge, Tanya Chutkan has deep ties to the Obama White House. I wrote about it some time ago.
19. She used to work for David Boies, who's form also represented Huma Abedin. Remember Fusion GPS, the ones that produce the Trump Russia dossier? Well Tanya recused herself twice from a case involving them.…
20. To recapitulate, there is an increasing body of evidence that despite Imran Awan and his family indulging in cyber espionage, he is being protected by members of the Congress and the FBI and possibly the judicial branch.
21. He seems to wield immense influence in Washington despite being only a "computer guy". Is he blackmailing members of the Congress? Why is his case being postponed? I also think he holds the master key to unraveling many of Washington DC's corruption and depravities.
