I am speaking to my #Followers right now. After the #Midterms2018 I am going to have to take a break. I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and Hashimotos Thyroiditis. It has wrecked what was once my life. What I am being told is that I have to limit stress as much as possible.
Right now, I am trying to get myself into a remissive state. I am in a full blown flare that has been going on for almost a year and keeps getting worse. I am making major lifestyle changes and one of those is to take a break from the things that bring me stress.
I'm going to monitor what goes on to a limit. My husband & Mother will still be out there fighting for #TheResistance & will make sure that I know anything that I need to. I will update you all from time to time.
