NEW: Is AOC married?

Her office says no, but she's identified Riley Roberts as her "spouse" in four filings with the House Ethics Committee so far in 2023.

The committee has a strict definition of spouse — "someone to whom you are legally married."

🧵

freebeacon.com/democrats/aoc-… If AOC is indeed married, her spouse's finances are now subject to public disclosure.

But she did not disclose any of Roberts’s reportable stock holdings, assets, or income on her latest financial disclosure, though she did make two references to her "spouse" in the filing.

"there’s only a thousand dollars left in the 501(c) (3) and I thought we had until October ... But, like, we’re bankrupt."

O'Keefe's lawyer claims PV had up to $8 million in the bank when he was ousted in February.

Such a predictable outcome. Clearly this isn't good conduct from O'Keefe. He shouldn't have used charitable funds for DJ equipment.

But nobody can say O'Keefe was running a grift. PV's donors gave huge $$ because they loved O'Keefe and the org was super productive under his watch. Image

NEW: Raphael Warnock used a sketchy accounting loophole to evade outside income limits in 2022.

He claimed $125k in "deferred compensation" for work he did for his church before 2021.

There’s just one problem: The arrangement seems entirely fabricated.

freebeacon.com/democrats/sena… If Warnock's church truly owed him $125k in 2022 for work he did before 2021, as he claimed here in his 2022 financial disclosure, he should have reported that asset in his 2021 disclosure.

But he didn't. Image

NEW: The @FreeBeacon has identified Rep. Cori Bush's highest-paid private security guard.

He believes he's 109 trillion years old, and a master of psychic self-defense who can summon tornadoes at will.

And he loves spreading anti-Semitic conspiracies.

freebeacon.com/democrats/meet… Nathaniel Davis III has earned over $137,000 providing "security services" for Bush since 2020.

@FreeBeacon can confirm Davis is actually a St. Louis guru known as Aha Sen Piankhy who teaches classes on how to maintain urban gardens so you don't have to buy food from the Jews.

NEW: Over $500,000 is missing and unaccounted for from Stacey Abrams's voter registration group, the New Georgia Project.

The discrepancy is grounds for immediate IRS and state investigations, multiple legal experts told the @FreeBeacon.

freebeacon.com/democrats/stac… NGP reported making a $533,846 consulting payment to an obscure charity called the Black Male Initiative in 2021.

But BMI says it never received any such consulting payment. In fact, it received $0 in consulting income and raised just $255,000 from all sources in 2021.

I've pulled web archives of 3 of these tweets.

All three are homemade Hunter Biden porn and Hunter Biden dick pics pulled from his laptop.

These tweets don't contain any info on Hunter's business dealings. Just porn.

Can't immediately find archives of the other 2 tweets None of these photos appear to show Hunter engaged in illegal activities either (crack)

Just homemade porn.

Is it newsworthy that team Biden was asking Twitter to remove any tweets period? Yeah. But the context here is important!

Looks like Elon Musk gave his Hunter Biden laptop Twitter censorship expose to Matt Taibbi.

But it appears Taibbi didn't pre-write his thread, so this is going to take a while.

You're a fool if you trust anything SBF says.

He wants to claim he only has $100,000 to his name now? Fine, show us your bank statements. He wants to claim he gave $37 million in "dark money" to Republicans this cycle?

Fine, tell us the groups you gave to. Show us the receipts.

NEW: Amid financial turmoil, Stacey Abrams's New Georgia Project moved to buy an Atlanta compound for $2.45 million cash.

The bizarre deal fell through at the last minute. Weeks later, NGP fired its CEO and top legal officer.

w/ @SaysSimonson

freebeacon.com/democrats/stac… NGP and its affiliated 501c4 group raised a combined $37 million in 2020.

Fast forward to October, NGP dismissed half its leadership team because it supposedly couldn't afford to pay their salaries anymore.

This bizarre real estate deal fell through in September.

If true, SBF probably gave to 501c4 groups.

But SBF brazenly lies just moments after this clip ends. He claims he didn't give any money in the general election. Not true! He gave a ton of general election contributions, this can be confirmed in seconds thru the FEC. "It was all for the primary. I didn't give anything in the general election. I don't give a shit about general elections." -- SBF

Brazen lie. SBF maxed out to Dem Rep. Josh Harder's general election fund in late September.

I looked into getting solar panels for my house a few months ago.

The quoted cost for 36 panels clocked in at $62,481.

A 30% tax credit would have brought that down to ~$44,000.

My monthly power bill is almost always under $100, except in the dead of winter. I declined the offer.

NEW: Stacey Abrams's New Georgia Project, which raised $37 million in 2020, is flouting federal law by failing to disclose its 2021 finances on time.

NGP's former CFO was fired in June after saying he couldn't do his job without violating the law.

NEW: Georgia authorities are weighing whether to file a subpoena against Raphael Warnock's church after it failed to respond to an Oct. 12 letter demanding to know why a charity it controls isn't registered with the secretary of state.

@FreeBeacon
freebeacon.com/democrats/warn… The charity, the Ebenezer Building Foundation, is controlled by Warnock's church and lists the senator as its principal officer.

EBF owns a low-income apartment building that moved to evict residents during the pandemic for trifling amounts of unpaid rent.

Raphael Warnock's campaign is finally starting to tell the truth, sort of.

They acknowledged today that evictions have been filed at his church's apartment building.

But the building only drops cases after residents pay excessive fees >2 months' worth of rent. Example:

This resident was sued for $115 past-due rent last Wednesday.

They were less than 2 weeks late paying rent.

They can resolve this matter only if they pay an additional $325 in fees, the equivalent of 2.6 months worth of rent.

How is this fair, @ReverendWarnock?

Herschel Walker is holding a press conference right now outside Columbia Tower at MLK Village, the low-income apartment building owned by Raphael Warnock's church that is trying to evict chronically homeless residents for trifling amounts of past-due rent.
facebook.com/watch/live/?re… The reporters on the ground aren't taking kindly to Walker's request that they go into the building and talk to the residents facing eviction.

NEW: Raphael Warnock says there have been no evictions from the apartment building his church owns.

That’s a lie.

In fact, the building filed three new eviction lawsuits last Wednesday, two for just $115 in unpaid rent.

w/ @alanagoodman

freebeacon.com/democrats/warn… @alanagoodman Residents of Columbia Tower at MLK Village say administrators informed them that late rent payments would no longer be accepted.

"If you don’t pay your rent by the fifth, a dispossessory notice comes out that week … They won’t accept the payment after the fifth."

Warnock is lying.

12 eviction lawsuits have been filed against residents of the building owned by his church since 2020.

I talked with some of those sued who paid over 2 months' worth of rent in court fees to stay in their homes.

2 lawsuits resulted in court-ordered evictions. This is all public record!

Just so we're clear, I spoke with a military veteran who lives in this building last week who is currently facing eviction for just $192 in unpaid rent. He wasn't even a month late when he was served the notice.

He plans to fight it in court, but he can't afford a lawyer Warnock saying they're not evicting tenants simply isn't true.

Here's the lawsuit.

Warnock's church, which pays him a $7,400/mo housing allowance, owns 99% of the property in reference here.

NEW: The Georgia Securities and Charities Division launched an investigation this week against a charity controlled by the church that pays Sen. Raphael Warnock (D., Ga.) a $7,417 monthly housing allowance, the @FreeBeacon has learned.

freebeacon.com/democrats/geor… The investigation comes after the @FreeBeacon reported Tuesday that the charity, the Ebenezer Building Foundation, secretly owns 99% of a low-income apartment building that tried to evict tenants during the pandemic.

One for just $28.55 in late rent.
