BREAKING: @FreeBeacon has obtained audio of a whistleblower privately warning Fani Willis in 2021 that her top aide was trying to misuse federal funds.
Willis did not dispute the allegations.
56 days later, Willis fired the whistleblower and perp walked her out of the office.
Willis provided no justification when she fired the whistleblower, Amanda Timpson, on Jan. 14, 2022.

But she did not disclose any of Roberts’s reportable stock holdings, assets, or income on her latest financial disclosure, though she did make two references to her "spouse" in the filing.

O'Keefe's lawyer claims PV had up to $8 million in the bank when he was ousted in February.
Clearly this isn't good conduct from O'Keefe. He shouldn't have used charitable funds for DJ equipment.
But nobody can say O'Keefe was running a grift. PV's donors gave huge $$ because they loved O'Keefe and the org was super productive under his watch.

NEW: Raphael Warnock used a sketchy accounting loophole to evade outside income limits in 2022.
He claimed $125k in "deferred compensation" for work he did for his church before 2021.
There’s just one problem: The arrangement seems entirely fabricated.

If Warnock's church truly owed him $125k in 2022 for work he did before 2021, as he claimed here in his 2022 financial disclosure, he should have reported that asset in his 2021 disclosure.
But he didn't.

NEW: Over $500,000 is missing and unaccounted for from Stacey Abrams's voter registration group, the New Georgia Project.
The discrepancy is grounds for immediate IRS and state investigations, multiple legal experts told the @FreeBeacon.
But BMI says it never received any such consulting payment. In fact, it received $0 in consulting income and raised just $255,000 from all sources in 2021.

Sam Brinton, below, was charged with felony theft in Minnesota in late October for stealing luggage from an airport baggage claim area in September, according to reports today.
In early October 2022, top NGP officials, including its chief operating officer, were dismissed because the group apparently couldn't afford their salaries anymore.

NEW: Georgia authorities are weighing whether to file a subpoena against Raphael Warnock's church after it failed to respond to an Oct. 12 letter demanding to know why a charity it controls isn't registered with the secretary of state.

Raphael Warnock's campaign is finally starting to tell the truth, sort of.
They acknowledged today that evictions have been filed at his church's apartment building.
But the building only drops cases after residents pay excessive fees >2 months' worth of rent.
Example:
This resident was sued for $115 past-due rent last Wednesday.
They were less than 2 weeks late paying rent.
They can resolve this matter only if they pay an additional $325 in fees, the equivalent of 2.6 months worth of rent.

Warnock is lying.
12 eviction lawsuits have been filed against residents of the building owned by his church since 2020.
I talked with some of those sued who paid over 2 months' worth of rent in court fees to stay in their homes.
Search for lawsuits filed in the Fulton County Magistrate court by "Columbia MLK Tower, Columbia Residential" and "Columbia MLK Tower, Columbia Residential Property Management."
Just so we're clear, I spoke with a military veteran who lives in this building last week who is currently facing eviction for just $192 in unpaid rent. He wasn't even a month late when he was served the notice.
He plans to fight it in court, but he can't afford a lawyer
Warnock saying they're not evicting tenants simply isn't true.

Warnock's church, which pays him a $7,400/mo housing allowance, owns 99% of the property in reference here.

NEW: The Georgia Securities and Charities Division launched an investigation this week against a charity controlled by the church that pays Sen. Raphael Warnock (D., Ga.) a $7,417 monthly housing allowance, the @FreeBeacon has learned.
