“Chapter 2, Sections 14,15,16,17 of the CFRN(1999 as amended) are not justiciable. That means, you do not have the locus standi to sue or compel the government to provide these amenities.

Section 17 provides for free and compulsory Universal Basic Education is not justiciable Along with other sections, but there are exceptions through Specific Legislations such as the Universal Basic Education Act which compels the government to provide basic education to children in primary and secondary levels.
