rfq.luxor.tech A Request-for-quote (RFQ) marketplace allows its users to create orders (requests) for specific items. For Luxor RFQ, this means an open marketplace for buying and selling Bitcoin mining equipment.

Mining pools are often caught in the middle of BTC upgrades, but there's rarely enough time or preparation for pools to consult their users about upgrades.

Luxor is crafting a playbook to change that so that our miners can be more active in consensus 👇

Introducing Relay, a lightweight proxy server built to improve connections between Luxor Pool and our miners, particularly those with weak internet.

Why did we build Relay and what are its features?

A quick 🧵 Relay is a stratum-compatible proxy for managing large scale ASIC deployments. It can be run on a @Raspberry_Pi (or similar hardware) or the cloud.

Relay can help miners with bad internet (e.g., those in rural areas or O&G sites) lower their bandwidth and boost connectivity.
