The 90 gtd together with the 5th tank brigade and 36 motorised brigade launched an offensive near Sviatohirsk, Donetsk oblast.

They been firing at our positions for 5 hours with 152 mm SPGs and 122 mm MRLS.

After that — 9 tanks and 16 BMP-2 entered the village.


We had only 1 120 mm mortar and 60 rounds for it. And 1 2S1 behind us from airborne.

It was quite tuff. And I was 100% sure that I will die there.

And this is the thing I am proud of myself: that being 100% sure that I will die I stayed and held my position near the oak.

❗️Russian bolsheviks from infamous 155 marine brigade with the help of 4 BTR-82A and 1 T-80BVM attacked our positions in Kursk oblast.

All the vehicles were stopped and destroyed. Need to say, that every time AFU strikes RUAF command posts in Kursk oblast I…🧵 I sincerely hope that we won’t strike 155 marine brigade command posts.

These sleeping agents from theirs command should awarded with the highest Ukrainian medals.

Russians from that brigade only capable of massively dying achieving barely anything.

Today we were attacked by 9 BMD-2/4M. Only two of them managed to retreat.

With the help of mines my company stopped 2 BMD-2 and 1 BMD-4M (after that they were destroyed by FPV drones).

12.12.24 losses. 234 VDV regiment:

- 4 BMD-4M;
- 1 IMR-2

And it’s very funny to see how everyone thinks that FPV rules the way.

The rest of the column was stopped/destroyed by ATGMs. Only after that FPV drones started working.

In general, I see that approximately 10-15% of AFV were destroyed by FPV (I mean during the move).

51 VDV regiment.

Very bloody battles are going on in Kursk oblast. After a failed attack at the first day of operation the enemy used a bare minimum in terms of using AFV at my flank and in the centre.

But today, 11.11.24, four attacks took place only in my flank.

Kursk update🧵 After a short brake Russians attacks continued.

What is going on in Kursk area is unique.

09.11.24, for example, they used 4 BMD-4M/BMP-3. Somehow they manage to reach out positions.

When they dismounted infantry they started retreating and one BMD-4M was destroyed by👇

Russian counteroffensive in Kursk area has started.

As I said before, they expect to liberate their territory for 2 or 3 months. Let’s see whether it’s a realistic desire.

AFU expected that RUAF will launch an offensive two days ago at the 5th of November🧵 A couple of days ago they had a rotation in Любимівка and 51 regiment changed 137 regiment there (VDV).

A couple of days ago 810 marine brigade received 40(!) new BTR-82A.

And remember what I wrote before about reinforcement of 5500 soldiers at the left flank.

This brigade is under massive enemy push since October 23. Right now the situation is close to critical because of the flanks of this brigade 🧵

In front of 79 brigade there is 20 division. And here it’s very unusual structure:

- 10 tank regiment;
- SPR;
- 1219 infantry regiment;
- 255 mechanised regiment;
- 33 mechanised regiment;
- 242 mechanised regiment;
- 57 mechanised regiment.

One year ago the RUAF started their strategic offensive in Donetsk oblast (especially in Pokrovsk area)

If the battle for Avdiivka is well known a heroic defence of a small village that lasted for 6 months is not.

NOVOMYKHAILIVKA THREAD PART I

Russian strategic advance in Pokrovsk have started at 10.10.23. They deployed 3 CA to capture Avdiivka and all our attention was there.

But there was one more big battle. The Battle for Novomykhailivka that costed them 300 armed vehicles.

🧵👇 I need to figure out that there will be a couple of parts about that battle. Need to say that I will try to post only undocumented losses.

And this part will be about tanks.

The first recorded loss of T-54B tank. This tank was lost on December 2023.

The only thing I can say about the battle for Vovchansk — that’s only the beginning.

I think we have here a new «record» — 13 guided bombs (KAB) for one hour.

It’s hard for them right now to stop our advance and they are deploying new forces. About that and more below🧵 Frankly speaking, the only reason I a writing this it’s Russian guided bombs.
Pain in the ass.

Yesterday from 21:00 to 22:00 they dropped 13 bombs. And from 22 to 23 6 more bombs.

If U are asking yourself whether it’s a lot or not — it’s huge.

The battle for Vovchansk continues. And it feels like that this is only the beginning.

It’s totally clear that RUAF will use at this direction more reserves and will try to do that have been written here a couple of weeks ago — they will try to cut the logistics near Kypansk🧵





They have started that advance at this direction mainly with 138 brigade and some assault companies from different regiment.

Right now they deployed at least one battalion of 25 mechanised brigade and one air assault battalion (also recon company, snipers company) of 83 VDV unit

Yesterday we had a task near Vovchansk and I have a couple words to say about Russian tactics, artillery ammo, some politician bullshit from the USA and others.

Firstly it was calm. Even bugs didn’t fly a lot and weren’t disturbing me.

We had a task to find/prepare a normal place for our future recon operations.

My company and I are involved in the battle for Vovchansk, Kharkiv oblast.

When I one month ago have «predicted» that RUAF will attack in Kharkiv oblast I didn’t expect to take part in this. I was sure about Donetsk oblast😵‍💫

Well, that’s my third time here🧵 May 2022, Kharkiv oblast.

May 2024, Kharkiv oblast.

Again & again.

Three potential goals of Russian advance:

1) making the AFU divide our small recourses (mostly from Donetsk oblast);

2) cutting logistics for Кupiansk direction (E40);

3) creating a buffer zone.

This is how I see it🧵 Even if the only variant will be achieved — that’s a horrible situation.

And I am for sure that we will have to move our «reserves» to that area. It’s just impossible not to react.

And it means more success for their advance in Donetsk oblast.
