It’s key that they hear what customers want, including as @RichardsonNath stresses, the need to stop investigating and START DOING.

The @Waterwise consultation on a UK Water Efficiency Strategy ends today. @WildlifeTrusts welcome the strategy which will see society become more water-efficient – we’ll be more resilient to a changing climate, and more water will be left in rivers to meet nature’s needs. (1/5) Water consumption in homes has increased by >60% since the 60s. Coupled with population growth, this means more water has to be taken from the environment. Yet water supplies are already scarce & we face severe shortfalls by the 2050s (or before) if no action is taken now (2/5)
