My Dear Silly Friends, Delhi is unlike any other state, structurally. Here, law and order is the responsibility of Union Government's Home Ministry. Delhi state Government' responsibility is to maintain education, health, partial infra, basic amenities & city planning, that's it. NDMC, MCD, CPWD, DDA they all work independently. It's a messy structure. But, this is what it is, at the moment.

So, blaming Delhi voters for law and order crisis is unfair. It's not Kerjriwal's domain.

This was bound to come. An economy doubling every 6th/7th year with a geographic position such as ours is doom for the #Order ! Even if the #Order is the central pole of our economic rise this time!
