Who’s driving this deeply unsettling campaign – supposedly based on “accountability” and respect for int’l law?
“I am Hamas. You’re looking Hamas in the eyes” a protester said at the May 10 Pal-Awda “Nakba 77” protest in NJ calling to “dismantle the genocidal Zionist entity.”
The report focuses on 3 Harvard institutions—School of Public Health, HLS Human Rights Program, and the Carr Center—that are conduits for anti-Israel indoctrination. They routinely host NGO propagandists as researchers and “experts”, assign biased NGO reports as course materials, and organize events presenting one-sided distorted narratives.
We applied the same critical lens we bring to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to Africa’s extractive sector, where powerful NGOs like Amnesty and HRW use their perceived status as champions of human rights (“halo effect”) to promote policies that hinder development and threaten Western security.
The PACC conference has other concerning links to the PFLP - promotional materials prominently displayed logos of Samidoun, an NGO designated as a terrorist entity by the US and Canada in October 2024 for fundraising for the PFLP. >

AWDA (formerly UHWC) is identified by Fatah as an official PFLP “affiliate” and by a USAID-engaged audit as “the PFLP’s health organization”. >
Over 100 NGOs - including “feminist” orgs such as Palestinian Feminist Collective and the Palestine Feminist Movement dismissed the reports of sexual violence as “Israeli propaganda”> 
DAWN is a US-based tax-exempt organization that has intensified its legal attacks against Israeli officials since October 7. DAWN has officials connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as to the most notorious antisemitic and anti-Israel groups.
DAWN Executive Director Sarah Leah Whitson has a long history of antisemitic rhetoric. After the Oct 7 massacre she referred to “Israeli ISIS” and tweeted, “Hamas dismantled is a bad end game…The question we need answered is how we end Israeli occupation and apartheid." > 
2/ The Phoenix Center ostensibly conducts research that assists Palestinian communities in addressing their "political, economic, and social needs" & is receiving two grants totaling $90,000 in State Department funding for 2023/2024. Their website reveals significant concerns > 
2/ Immediately following the recent #Israel-#Gaza conflict the Gaza-based PCHR publicly declared its affirmation of the "right of the Palestinian people to resist the occupation by all available means, including armed struggle." This NGO is funded by the 🇪🇺, 🇨🇭, 🇳🇴, and 🇮🇪.

.@DCIPalestine's own report states the IDF shot at a gunman - but changed their tone when quoted in the @washingtonpost: “'Israeli military rules of engagement have shifted over the past few years to permit live fire where no threat is posed to Israeli forces.'” 
2/ Irrespective of the information possessed by the Israeli gov't, there is overwhelming, publicly available evidence that ties these NGOs to the PFLP. On its own, this should have been enough of a reason for European governments not to fund and/or partner with the NGOs.

I want to bring a few examples to demonstrate the exploitation of the moral framework of human rights and int'l law. 
2/ Most of this report repeats language from previous UN documents, such as the discredited Goldstone report and an #UNRWA fundraising appeal. The cited UN reports in turn, are largely based on unverified claims from activist NGOs.
