10.30 น. ประชาชนหน้าศาลพยายามทวงถามความชัดเจนเรื่องที่อาจจะนำตัวอานนท์ไปขังที่เรือนจำชั่วคราวแขวงทุ่งสองห้อง เนื่องจากกังวลเรื่องความปลอดภัย โดยพยายามดันรั้วเพื่อขอเข้าร่วมฟังการไต่สวนฝากขังด้วย

15.45 น. ตร.สน.ชนะสงคราม ประกาศข้อกฎหมายก่อนกิจกรรม #วิ่งกันนะแฮมทาโร่ จะเริ่มในเวลา 16.30 น. ว่า ขณะนี้มี พ.ร.ก.ฉุกเฉินฯ ห้ามการชุมนุมที่สุ่มเสี่ยงต่อการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโรค จึงขอให้ผู้ชุมนุมสวมหน้ากากอนามัย ห้ามลงบนผิวถนน และเว้นระยะให้ ปชช. ได้ใช้ทางเท้าด้วย

เวลา 17.00 น. ที่ศาลหลักเมืองจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีกลุ่มเยาวชน นักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษาตลอดจนประชาชน ชุมนุมเพื่อเรียกร้องประชาธิปไตย พร้อมย้ำข้อเรียกร้อง 3 ข้อ คือ 1. ยุบสภา 2. หยุดคุกคามประชาชน 3. ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญใหม่
