まず、#ラムダ株 が、ワクチンで誘導された #中和抗体 に強い抵抗性を示すことを明らかにしました。次に、ラムダ株特有の、スパイクタンパク質の大きな欠損変異（246-253欠損変異）が、このラムダ株の中和抗体抵抗性を規定していることを明らかにしました。2/5
分子系統学解析の結果、「246-253欠損変異」を持つ #ラムダ株 は、昨年7月頃に誕生し、その後南米各国で流行拡大したことが示唆されました。さらに、#ラムダ株 特有の #L452Q 変異が、#デルタ株 の #L452R 変異と同様に、ウイルスの感染力を増強させることを明らかにしました。3/5
