El senador boliviano @ArturoMurilloS me confirma sobre el “vacío de poder” que Evo Morales y su vicepresidente no han dejado sus cargos pues no se ha leído en el Senado las cartas de renuncia. Incluso plantea que “todo es posible”, incluyendo que renuncia de Evo no sea aceptada.
Dice el senador boliviano @ArturoMurilloS que los senadores del MAS, el partido de Evo Morales, pudieran no querer acudir al Senado para evitar que haya quórum y bloquear la aceptación de la renuncia, y los siguientes procesos constitucionales.
También nos explica @ArturoMurilloS que por ahora la renuncia de la presidenta del Senado tampoco es efectiva pues no ha sido tratada formalmente por la Asamblea Legislativa. Hace falta la sesión de hoy para ver qué pasa, y para buscar organizar el control del Estado boliviano.
