I dig it: the stakes are legitimately enormous, this feels like many people (and is!) a total war for the future of the country, the Goddamned Times Again!, and Ivy Elite Nonsense! I speak not to any of that, or the argument he makes.
BUT: I know Prof. Amar. He was our principal "expert" on our documentary, "Constitution USA." Talked a lot with him. Read his books. Been to his house. He is, legitimately, one of the smartest, wisest people about Con law in the country. A giant in the field.
