A collection of communities with small town values where compassion is never hard to find. I love how our District doesn't just have people, but we have neighborhoods where people genuinely care for each other. I love the 1st District because everyone in it has been kind to me. 
Most of you may know me, but for those of you who don't, my name is Vangie Williams and I'm running for Congress in Virginia's 1st District. I have decades of experience in national security and my roots to this district span over 300 years.
