Ozzie once said, “money talks and BS walks”.
The next election is showing signs of a battle between those funded by oil bunkering warlords on the one hand and the others funded by financial terrorists who are extorting money from economic bottlenecks in the name of levies, taxes, fines and regulations.

New Naira notes will neither reduce inflation, nor make the currency stronger.

Our 2 cents on the currency redesign process!

(A THREAD)
All cash is money but not all money is cash!!!

In 6 weeks you will have new Naira notes.

In 10 weeks you will need to be counted in a new census.

In 12 weeks you will be voting for a new president.
But right now you are facing a dollar crunch, buying a bag of rice for N51k and you cannot fly to Dubai on Emirates.

You are probably asking what is the next surprise???

Here is my 1%. We should all understand that aging is real. Science has tried many things to slow the process, and you must have heard about researches on Telomere, gene translocation, stem cells etc but they are yet to yield anything positive. Sometimes we find it difficult to…
..accept the fact that we are aging. We still reminisce on our old energy; ability to sit in a long meeting and still be able to carry out other tasks afterwards. We fail to believe that our body is getting weaker and is unable to carry on. I am saying this just because of TINUBU
yes him. He is old and we can all see that, I don’t know what he did in Lagos but he did those when he was a bit younger. He reminisces on those days and thinks he can do it again but that’s not true. I have heard people say something like “how old is Biden?” Some people will…

My interest has been drawn to a statement credited to @OfficialAPCNg vice presidential candidate @KashimSM by the @DailyPostNGR online print. In the said interview, the APC vice presidential candidate said that @PeterObi can only be president in Igbo land, but not Nigeria. Thread
While I agree that @KashimSM has every right to attack @PeterObi as it is known by politicians, especially in Nigeria; nevertheless I think his choice of attack and words sounds familiar and reminiscent of what we've heard from certain quaters concerning the Igbos
whenever it's election time. I'd rather not go back in time, but would like to start with @KwankwasoRM who made a similar statement while an alliance with Mr Obi was in consideration. Let me state here, and unequivocally too; borrowing from @AishaYesufu own words

The Devilish Nigeria traditional media is an accomplice here, there reports of #2023Elections has been unbalance & unfair

Most of their headlines comes like: “2023 presidential candidates Atiku, Tinubu and others” completely ruling out out

How then will people know about PO 1/2
The whole thing is so depressing because Many Nigerians still depends on these traditional media for news(Radios Newspapers and TVs) unlike the youths and middle age who depend Social media for news

The media are so bias!
They intentionally sideline Labour Party and Peter Obi..

Peter Obi has been ahead of the game, he knew this and this is why he never fails to use the media to his advantage through, town hall meetings, regular interviews etc..

Peter is a great mobilizer, he is bigger than

Nigerians went to bed yesterday with the news about the APC Northern Governors’ conceding the flag bearer of the APC for the 2023 Presidency to the Southern part of Nigeria. We were all happy and it felt like Southern Nigeria had won the 2023 Presidential election.
It was an instant amnesia and we all forgot the journey that brought us to the ‘promised land’. We forgot how we vilified and castigated one man for hobnobbing and ‘romancing’ the North. We forgot how nothing good can come out of his relationship with the North.
Suddenly, we stopped the comparison of his venture with the North and that of Chief Obafemi Awolowo. We couldn’t mutter how he will be disappointed like Afonja who was betrayed by Alimi. The North instantly stopped being the ‘use and dump’ or the power drunk.

The VP, Pastor Yemi Osinbajo:

You thought it was a brilliant idea to hitch your wagon to Buhari & tender your gargantuan failure as political resume.

"Whom the gods would destroy they first make mad."

This 40 seconds intro is why you won't be president in #2023Elections.
Osinbajo, in an ideal world, u would have tried to distance yourself from Buhari's administration, highlighting the shortcomings.

You would have emphasised how you critically studied the challenges but your hands were tied, as VP.
You would tell us what we already know - the unprecedented insecurity & the economic crisis that has gripped the nation - was Buhari's fault.

You would then tell us how you want to take the reins of leadership and effect the pivotal changes that would turn the nation around.

As elections draw closer, if politicians release the donkey, just tie it back.

A donkey was tied to a tree. The devil 😈 came and released it. The donkey entered the field of a farmer and began to eat everything. /1

The wealth of our nation should have a philosophical foundations. It is these fundamental understandings and how we understand and apply them, rather managing our economy with no particular lodestar or compass, that makes the difference between growth and stagnation. Read on👇
The vision thing matters because it sets out a national ambition to transform the economic structure and the lives of citizens against the canvass of both the medium and long term and a clear destination.

It matters because, if communicated effectively, a national economic
vision can galvanize citizens to work towards a shared goal, which builds national cohesion and wealth.
