Paciente varón, adolescente, 14 años. Consultan a neurología por cuadro progresivo de alteración de la marcha, tics, trastorno de conducta y desintegración del lenguaje.
Explican desarrollo normal, adquisición del lenguaje normal, escolaridad normal. A los 8 años dx de TOC. No explican bien que lo motivó. A los 10 años empieza a desarrollar múltiples tics complejos y vocalizaciones. No aportan informes.
A los 11 años añade múltiples episodios de irritabilidad y agresividad, retraimiento social, conductas de evitación y mal rendimiento escolar. Le ve una psicóloga y le pasa unos test.
