Two things that are simultaneously true about #H.Res.246 (the "BDS Bill" currently being considered in the House of Representatives):
1. The #BDS movement nurtures antisemitic elements and is detrimental to thoughtful people's work for a #2SS for the Israel/Palestine conflict. American public opinion is opposed to #BDS, and it deserves to lose soundly when the bill comes to a vote on Capitol Hill (and it will).
2. Being put to a test of American public opinion, and being dignified with a vote on Capitol Hill, is the greatest win the #BDS movement has ever scored. Ten years ago, the founders of #BDS could never have dreamed they'd achieve a victory like this.
