Pharmacist can sell you up to 100tabs in one transaction. (Likely 3x32=96).
They are professionals not shopkeepers, and we trust them to make this judgement.

@drmarkporter @SagaUK Selling max two packs can be varied by a pharmacist at their professional discretion - for instance if they know you are a long-term stable patient coming back every 4 days to buy paracetamol!
