First I created the character artwork using my monster generator in Scenario.gg. It's important to remove the background from the image.

Then I extracted the depth map using DPT demo on huggingface. You can also extract the 3D model in the same place, but the model is of low quality and sometimes inaccurate so I prefer to use the next step for the 3D model.
