1/ @GeorgeMonbiot outside #55TuftonSt the UK centre of the opaquely funded think-tanks that transmit the demands of thr transatlantic super-rich into political influence aimed at hollowing out the democracies the libertarian billionaires see as parasites.
2/ Monbiot was speaking at an Extinction Rebellion protest. And it is my lasting regret that the Remain movement and the Climate Science campaign failed to join forces against the international kleptocratic movement that is seeking to tear down our democracy.
3/ I also feel a sense of shame that it was Extinction Rebellion, not the Remain movement which organised the first really effective Tufton St protest. We failed to join forces, we failed to effectively target the UK HQ of our adversaries. WTF is wrong with us? Very upsetting.

2/ Here is David Koch's program when he stood as a Libertarian Party Vice-Presidential candidate in 1980. Take your time to read it. It is terrifying in its extremism. For example he opposed all income tax. And remember, he and his brother are worth around $90bn. 
3/ The Kochs are spending around $400m on the upcoming US elections. The network of think-tanks political organisations they fund and control is enormous. 3 names stand out with regard to #Brexit, the Heritage Foundation, the Cato Institute, and the Atlas (Network) Research Fdn.
