To recap, here is the rules to #75Hard

1. If you fail a day, you have to start over
2. Stick to a diet, no cheat days, no alcohol
3. 4l of water a day

2. Bonaqua Pump 750ml water bottle is excellent for this challenge.
3. Read your 10 pages early
People seem to think that two workouts a day is hectic, but here's my workout schedule:

Daily: 45min run/walk
Mon: JiuJitsu
Tue: Kettlebell
Wed: Yoga
Thu: Kettlebell
Fri: JiuJitsu
Sat: Yoga
Sun: Kettlebell
