Hello! We’re the Jones family from Northamptonshire. Lots of parents and children are getting (back) on their bikes at the moment, so for #BikeWeekUK we’re joining @WeAreCyclingUK for #7DaysOfCycling to show you just how much a family can do on two wheels! Join us on this thread! 
We took up cycling as a family when we realised we’d stopped riding our bikes ‘because children’ - and quickly discovered that with the right equipment, and the right ideas, we could go far. Since then, we’ve ridden all over 🇬🇧 , elsewhere in 🇪🇺 and even appeared on TV in 🇺🇸!
Ruth & Rhoda broke records when we cycled Land’s End to John o’Groats in 2018, and @thomas_ivor recently cycled 250 miles in a day, and 1000 miles in a week, for @NHSCharities, but really we’re just an ordinary family from the midlands, with jobs, a people carrier(!) and a baby.
