This is about accountability. My cardiologist (I’m fine) says cardio is over but strength training is vital. He gave me a #7MinuteWorkOut to do everyday. I asked him if he did it? “No! I have kids” he told me. Since I’m currently away from my trainer, I would send her stats of my
10 mile bike rides. She asked what about the #7MinuteWorkOut (which I can’t do in less than 18 min)-I said uh, “I suck.” She said “No, you don’t suck, send me a post work-out selfie after at least 4 of them every week. I am now accountable. It’s on. 
If I can be accountable for doing work outs that are healthy, I believe with all my heart that Donald, who is so unhealthy for democracy must be held accountable for being so lawless. An impeachment inquiry will make him at least think about accountability.
