Rosemarie Hartle, of Las Vegas, died in 2017 at age 52 from breast cancer, Kirk Hartle, told the I-Team last November. A ballot for Rosemarie was issued in October 2020 and later received by the county, but Kirk said the ballot never came to his house.

As part of the plea deal, Hartle will avoid prison time and will have to serve probation. If he stays out of trouble for a year, he will be able to withdraw his plea and instead plead guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit voting more than once in the same election.

36-year-old Andrew Cote (left) faces two open murder charges, after police say he shot & killed his neighbor last night, along with another man, who sources say was her friend.

One of those victims is 71-year-old Mildred Olivo, (right) according to her family. @8NewsNow #8NN

We spoke with several neighbors who lived on the same street as Andrew Cote and Mildred Olivo.

Some were closer to Andy, others were closer to Mildred (Millie). They said the dispute between them had gone on for years, but no one thought it would ever come to this. @8NewsNow

One neighbor showed me this. He said Andy (the shooting suspect) had just installed this book box for his three young children.

He said Andy was generally very kind and quiet, but other neighbors say they heard the suspect & the victim verbally arguing often. @8NewsNow
